Subsidiary In an announcement on 23 June 2009 the Company disclosed that an application to the Essex Superior Court for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts for the receivership of YourDay Inc had been overturned and that the application had been dissolved. Since this time the Company has received further notification that on 29 September 2009 the original petitioners of the receivership have filed an emergency motion to renew the appointment of a receiver to YourDay Inc. The Company, which has a 74 per cent. interest in YourDay Inc and the majority of the board seats, believes that this initiative is against the interests of shareholders and will result in unnecessary costs which consequently impacts on shareholder value. The Company is consulting with its legal counsel and intends to take all appropriate steps to ensure that a receiver is not appointed to YourDay Inc. A further announcement will be made in due course.

i have received note about liquidation from TDWaterhouse, what does liquidation mean in simple terms?

does this mean the same as administration and all now lost? or are they still doing the restructure with new share etc as said 26th June, advise any1
