what a pile of dog ****, go and have a look at where polo resources share holders find themselves, which is a clue where gcm is going before you praise such a bent 'business man'.
safe pair of hands ha ha ha'
If only you had bought that day at 1.925 eh Jamessss!
Instead you are waiting for a drop that may, or may not come.
If the price does drop, which won't be anywhere near 1.925p, why would it no longer be 'dog****' but a viable investment for you?
What has changed for you Jamessss? :)
Ha ha it did make me chuckle too Searcher!
Poor Jamesss doesn't realise the significance for GCM. That it's actually good news that - 1 They are increasing reliance on coal power so much and 2 They are importing coal in record numbers in 2024. And no doubt 2025. But what about the next 30 years? Was it a 30 year agreement Jamesss? No it wasn't, it's a stop gap until GCM and Powerchina get the first of the.coal dug by 2026. We'll done Jamesss, good find!
Strictly need to know Pete,
And you obviously don't need to know! Lol :)
Bid up to 7.38 with very little activity. Guess the buyer still buying and mms need the shares. Expecting a few 100k ut to start showing later.
'The government’s increasing installed power generation capacity without adequately arranging for fuel that would run the plants has only bled the economy. An early course correction is badly in order.'

5 x 100k trades reported late.
Wonder if that was our 100k buyer still loading up?
Imagine the frenzy when we get an update, or a TR1 for the buyer, or the new ISA tax year starts, or Bangladesh is announced as a partner!
Professional should be very worried about his short! :)
Correct Redeyes there should be a flurry of buys in the new tax year. But I think they are filling a big order right now too. Probably get a few late trades posted as they settle up after the close. Definitely bottomed out now and ready to rise again.
Mms pushing the bid up to 6.90p for any amount.
Must have a big order to fill.
And its certainly not Jamesss £100 worth! :)
Fission if you're not invested why do you care?
Those that know buy, then sit and wait.
Those that think they know sit and wait for the news to then buy.
Usually by that time 'those that know' have got the value and those that 'think they know' are trying to catch up and end up paying more anyway!
We must be due an update soon, either operational or on fundraising. I'm happy to sit and wait either way. GCM is in a great position. Bangladesh can't afford to import coal. But they need the coal to run the already built coal power stations. They cant afford to turn off the coal power stations as the capacity charges are charged anyway and are crippling. They can't afford to ignore the Phulbari coal any longer. 2 years to the first coal. After all this time it doesn't get much better for GCM.
Pr9fessional - 'Ykir are you buying shares today. If yes how much?'
Lol wouldn't you like to know! Well I'm not going to make it easy for you pro :)
Lol if you're not fast you're last djm! :)
If Powerchina got 99.5% and GCM just a half percent, of $100billion that would be £2 per share.
Incredible figures.
Well done to Professional for pointing that out! :)
'And what i believe: if approval chinapower will reap most of the benefits. Simple'
Professional might have made a truthful statement for once! As Powerchina are providing the financing, the technological expertise and the manpower of course Powerchina will reap most of the benefits.
It doesn't take a genius to see that as proven by Professional!
Whatever tiny percentage GCM takes from a deal worth $100s billions will pay shareholders rather handsomely.
Well done for pointing that out professional!
Professional shorted at 7p.
The big news comes and GCM re-rates instantly to £s.
That would be some kick in the Jacobs for professional.
Come on GCM, make the news BIG! :)
Header says it all! :)
'GCM maintains facilities in the Project area and its resident field team is in close contact with the community and local authorities. The field team is assisted by 67 Community Liaison Assistants ("CLA's"), recruited from across the Project Area.'
GCM has the power because they have the licence. Why else do you think a a 30000 employee monster like Powerchina is signing agreements with little GCM?
That's my last on the subject! Have a good evening. I hope the big news doesn't come before you get a chance to buy at 3p!
Lol professional you have just made an absolute fool of yourself.
You're probably too daft to even begin to understand.
GCM is a party to all the deals. 'A joint proposal with development partner, PowerChina, will shortly be presented to the newly elected Bangladesh Government.'
This is basic stuff.
You enjoy your evening whilst everybody has a laugh at you.
Professional - 'Also do not forget powerchina has a provisional contract with... powerchina.... and somewhere in the corner site GCM trying to get a small slice....'
Lol can you post evidence of this professional? Or are you deliberately posting misleading and false statements again?
Phulbari the question was 'what guarantees do GCM have that it is theirs to profit from, in most cases, the Chinese, the Indians and a plethora of powerful intermediaries'.
We know that Hasina can just ignore GCM and not dig up the coal. But if they do want to dig the coal then GCM have to be involved - 'GCM has received a recent comprehensive legal opinion that the Contract is enforceable under Bangladesh and International law'. If GCM were bypassed then the court case would be worth $billions so the fight would be on. But it's significant that Powerchina are happy to make multiple agreements with GCM so they believe in the veracity of the licence and are happy going through GCM. But yes you're right, having the government on board is a must and has been mooted by GCM.
