Institutions will get in after 9am.
When LT small retails finish selling this will rise quickly as new investors looking at the project going forward whereas those LT who were frustrated at holding past years just waited too long & wanted out now with their profits
Cussler, if such is the case then the Indian High Court judge would have looked into this all these months & not passed that judgement recently.
Like I waited for a very long for EUA which they eventually got their final licence for one of their project after 10 yers of waiting. This evening their very patient shareholders paid off. I'm not trying to promote another share here but when I first got into EUA 2 yrs ago & again loads more this summer the value of my holdings kept going down & down. Been tempted to sell off & started to hate that share. But the excellent RNS this late afternoon pays me well.
With OEX at this very low price is going to be similar scenario once they sorted the arbitration. IMHO Joe is a though cookie & if he doesn't knows what he's doing he won't be taking OEX this far. OEX is now in the final stage of their battle. Just a saying: "If the journey is 12 days & if you stops on the 11th day you'll not be able to enjoy the beautiful rising moon at end of 12th days' journey".
wtf to the drop in sp suddenly.
stop losses grab?
Spread widens. Wonder why....
Korean investment guys but conference wasn't in Korea. Was in California.
JP, if you're emailing JS perhaps suggesting director/s to buy to help confidence. JS did day in interview that they have non execs. supporting OEX in past.
Even GSPC has Indian govt. backing but High Court ruled fairly & OEX won.
I think as arbitration is filed is best for the company to be silence till sorted otherwise GSPC can pick up info. against OEX. If JS is wise enough he wouldn't commend anything I would assume.
Does anyone know who is going to pay for the costs engaging in Arbitration? Both sides or GSPC if they're the one filing it. Lots of costs listed on the SIAC site.
I believe it will be heard fairly & just as Singapore is one country based on unbiased non corrupt justice.
Mike, they have to drill & GSPC got to fund their part during arbitration - so don't think there's hindrance.
Both got to start discussing & Joe S is a tough cookie!
Blutony, are you on Twitter? If you are please tweet all you posted here today on Twitter & other sites if poss. - they're excellent & well researched too. People needs to know the facts rather their assuming fearful opinions.
If you're not on Twitter & if you don't me copy your posts & tweet on your behalf please let me know. cheers
That's exactly my thoughts. GSPC also probably works that out. If they sold a % of their holdings they wouldn't loose as much as the 100% if we work on putting money value on it. They're probably be able to sell that % to pay the $3m+$1.1+ other costs & still can have a % of Cambay. Probably this has been arranged & promise to pay the lender, hence they got the loan.
So ZAk called it correct. Support at 0.38 or 0.4 - if that can be achieved then it'll rise to 0.7p.

Mr P that's why the 3m (+ 1m) came in good. OEX needed it badly for their 45% ongoing costs.
BZM was more than 50% down yesterday & back up 54% now on no news.
Is OEX going to have similar pattern?
Adam. could you kindly explained your last post.
" was told anything good will be taken out.
and spud was told by md that they didn't want sp getting ahead of itself lol" - who told you? Why didn't they not want sp to gets ahead?
Soike, agreed they got more shares issued. But doesn't justifies the huge price difference, is it? More over we are much ahead of the operation thn before. They now also identified best location to drilled etc.. To summarise OEX has come a long way since beginning of the court case (which you raise this claim that we're back to position as before then).
OEX has moved ahead steps, maybe atm not huge but progressively moving forward.
Spike, OEX sp was much higher last & previous years before. 4 years ago was 12p.
