Rainbow Rare Earths Phalaborwa project shaping up to be one of the lowest cost producers globally. Watch the video here.
Like "everyone" I have made plenty of ill-timed investments here on AIM and the system itself certainly walks a tightrope between "just about" legal and downright dishonest - which certainly encourages management dishonesty IMHO.
Whilst I've lost money on several companies over time... I must confess that I have NEVER in all my investment history EVER come across a company so "seemingly" determined to destroy shareholder value.
Even by AIM's - ultra low management standards - Anguish Energy hits a new all time LOW.
Ocelot,
I'm never afraid to admit I'm wrong - especially where Anguish is concerned - but against your record... I'm clearly a leading psychic!
YL ;-)
"Your posts are a kind of therapeutic exercise, aren't they, YL?"
Indeed. I confess, I do get "some" satisfaction from seeing THE TRUTH written down for all to see on the Anguish Energy BB... otherwise it would be overflowing with your ramping nonsense and pointless hype... which we all know will just lead to further disappointment down the line.
Let's face it... you've so far been wrong about ring-fencing... wrong about predicted planning delay... wrong about the SP hitting the bottom and likely wrong about Anguish looking to go private with the help of their city chums. Your record is almost as bad as that of the Board themselves (strange coincidence?)
YL ;-)
I agree 100%!
You have to go back to March 2018 to see the SP at this low level... and just look what HUR have achieved and de-risked since then!!!!
Obviously progress and profit count for NOTHING on AIM?
Sheer Madness!
Looks like shorts attacking the SP (again)
One of these days they'll close out for good and the SP will rally. Until then... we'll have to endure a range of low post newbies spelling doom and disaster to assist their masters in damaging shareholder sentiment and hopefully pressing a few nervous types to sell!
If in doubt: look at the recent share graph... if you're going to sell... await the next "inevitable" spike from these lows.
Just added to my holding... only way is up from here IMHO
... EVENTUALLY ;-)
Obviously The Market is reacting to the fact that we have "too much" gold. What we really need - to generate a favourable market reaction - is an RNS stating that we have NO Gold Whatsoever!
I thought this was illogical at first - but having been invested here for many years, I now realise that where The Market is concerned: "the opposite is always right!"
"he knows the cheaper he can get in the more profit he will make"
LOL. I'm "already" seriously out of pocket here... I've never made any attempt to disguise that FACT. It's also a FACT that I will NEVER - under ANY circumstances - average down or increase my investment here.
My opinion is based upon 100% management failure and lack of trust.
Anguish even give AIM a bad name!
This is AIM, Ocelot...
and we are dealing here with managers who already have - let's say a very "colourful" history.
I think - as an investor - it's SAFER to read between the lines and not assume Rupert & chums have our best interests at heart!!!!!
YL ;-)
LOL! Ocelot, I'm afraid I don't believe Rupert invested here on a punt... given Anguish's appalling record... do you... REALLY?
Even if Saltfleetby & Balcombe "eventually" become earners for the company - they're hardly an exciting investment case.... certainly not enough to tempt a larger investor...
Unless...
Anguish are going to tell everyone in the New Year that they cannot continue on AIM due to zero liquidity and have therefore agreed a fire-sale of assets to a consortium of private investors: Rupert & chums + Tidswell (under some other name of course)...
Ocelot...
I ignore anyone connected with Tidswell (i.e: Rupert & chums) - the rest of us do not know what "they" have been promised.
What we do know is that Anguish BOD cannot be trusted... therefore it's safe to assume we cannot trust their "friends" or their true motives for investing.
Lucan tells us that the BOD haven't discussed taking Anguish private... but I expect Tidswell & his cronies have had plenty of discussions on the sly.
You may not have noticed Ocelot...
but any "serious" new investors have long since abandoned ship... just those of us that believed the captain's fake bravado left as it sinks... far out at sea with no chance of rescue...
"I do expect a rise of anticipation with a flow of positive operation RNS's"
That's a "BIG ASK" for Anguish Energy management to achieve - give their C.V of disaster, delay, dilution and double - dealing...
More likely to have to endure yet more of the same for a long time yet! :-(
What will it take?
Well we could do rid of all the shorters and their BB de-ramper chums for starters. My guess is they will look to close out very soon. All time lows here already!

Burford interview here - for balance ;-)
Ja51,
Charlie was probably Ocelot's second account. Forced closure!
YL ;-)
fascinating to see Anguish still have enough funds left to pay for their one BB cheerleader... maybe they were forced to sack the second one... haven't read any of his posts for a while?
LOL ;-)
Yes...that's right, we all need to pull together "investors old and new" to help poor old Riverfort YA dump their millions of worthless Anguish shares at our expense...
I'll see if I have any loose change in my pocket for a good cause... wouldn't want that bunch of sh*st*rs to go wanting over the Christmas season now would we?
LOL!!!!!!!
YL ;-)
Angus BOD only have themselves to blame.
A company's management can only fail so many times and kick the can so far down the road before even the die hard enthusiasts have "a light bulb moment" and decide enough is enough - and invest elsewhere instead!
Anguish Energy will be Private or bust in the New Year IMHO
"how would you suggest establishing an average natural gas price for the coming 10 years?"
Well... if Labour get elected in the next couple of days... I won't really matter now will it, Ocelot. And maybe that was ONE of many reasons why the previous owner was keen to get rid of The pound Land Gas Field!
Angus should have a minus NPV figure based on cash in-flow versus cash outflow?
Our Bod know how to spend... they just can't seem to generate any income with it!
