Not looking good … getting close to a trading update and the SP drops with relatively heavy sell volume today ???

To be giving most of the attention to Greenland at this present moment is the wrong thing to do. Most of the attention should be on Clogau.

Even Alba acknowledged that last years meteoric rise from 0.048p to 0.56p was down to Clogau in the Listco RNS.On this basis, not to be capitalising on Clogau is the wrong thing to do for shareholder’s interest.

They should be giving most of the attention (should have done so already) on early revenue generation. They know is Clogau (and Clogau alone) that propelled the SP to last year’s high of 0.56p, said so in the RNS, unforgivable that they dropped (lost) the Clogau ball.

If we don’t get a Clogau RNS soon (as in the next couple of days) expect the SP to drop to below 0.2p. Ofcourse, from what you are saying you don’t mind that.

Jeremiah, “sit patiently and just let the story pan out at its own pace”? Really? Have you taken a look at the SP? There is a very good reason for it to be sinking.

And by the way, there are no short term traders here … they are all gone. For the last few weeks Alba volume does not support trading.

Mark, I will be sending another email to Alba this week. This time a lot stronger in tone. All the damage done to the SP is caused by the way the Alba BOD acted. This is frustrating and unwarranted and hopefully, this time I will manage to send the message home.

Not long to wait … at worst end of the month, but I think we’ll get the RNS this week.

Yes, the date of the TU could be announced tomorrow. Hopefully, fingers crossed :)

Last year they issued an RNS in June saying that they will give a TU in July. SP started going up from June.

If it is a closed period then the financials are out by the 28th?

Actually is better if it is not the directors doing the buying today. There are quite a few cheap Spreadex shares to get rid.

Is surprising that they keep quiet whilst the SP is collapsing.

BOD did buy shares at over 5p earlier. We had excellent 2020 results and better results this year were expected. Why are they quiet? Last year they did a trading update in July, announced in June.

If we are on course for profitability this year and all is well why not announce the reading update now?

Ocelot, according to Crocqman we are not in closed period and directors are free to buy. Looks like they are buying now as we already passed the daily average volume over the last few days within 30 minutes of trading.

Craig, no, no news is not bad news.

We know this from experience. Earlier on we were expecting last years bulk sample assays at the end of Q1, but last April GF downplayed the expected assay results and delayed the laboratory analysis. The assays came in May and they were excellent (up to 165 g/t from concentrate) but the SP by then was so damaged it failed to appreciate.

Not necessarily bad news, is George loosing the ball.

Stephen, the Greenland IPO will take months.

What would make the SP go up is Clogau news, particularly confirmation of early revenue generation which was expected over a month ago and still no update. Ofcourse positive assay results and a showing of gold.

We just passed the middle of June … early revenue generation confirmation was expected in the middle of May … I think another email to Alba is justified. Looks like George not just dropped the Clogau ball but lost it.
