We were told in the last RNS that this industrial action was down to historic issues and was fully resolved after the last strike.

What does fully resolved mean after a second strike?

I agree, I don’t think you can underestimate the importance of the App market penetration, I would expect the uptake to continue with an immediate correlative increase in sales.

One of the keys here but the most compelling for me is that we are asset backed The business model was proven at a far lower Sales margin with lower mineral reserves notwithstanding this the group is now diversified into coal and energy at the very least. Whilst there are always very real risks and downsides the profitability of this company will soon equal its market cap. This goes somewhere to alleviating the risk!

LZ Well put and I wholly agree but it it difficult for many not to get the jitters when we have seen the share price decay by 50% in the absence of any market updates. My personal concern is that with these ongoing “delays” what is the rate of cash burn and the likelihood of another cash raise? I would find it difficult at the moment to consider throwing any further funds this way. I would hope that the BOD would be aware how risky this might be. As stated previously I am behind the concept but slightly concerned that any impediment for not being further along at this stage would have a very adverse market reaction, hence perhaps the deafening silence?????

Do you think anyone would subscribe to another placing? I’ve 15M of these already and I’m regretting every single one I’m extremely annoyed that there’s been no news whatsoever despite several implications that a positive RNS was imminent I have to wonder at the level of management competency that takes us from a launch ready product with eager clients to a halving almost of the share price. It’s been weeks since the product upgrade and client “walk throughs” if nothing has materialised, there must be further issues. The directors don’t seem told hold much equity in this company either, if the quoted figures from LSE are correct. I would love this to come good, as the concept is excellent and the SP upside potential from this or even my entry levels quite staggering but I am not confident and if we had spiked higher I would have left for BMN, where the management and assets are proven.

Koovs really seem to be consolidating their base to assault online retail sales but with bricks and mortar presence and international exposure spreading a little of the risk.
It will be interesting to see how the increased brand awareness translates to turnover and how the new relationships impact on future brand penetration.......
