Again, whole heartedly agree with BBN
Aside from the disappointing news regarding the electrolyte contamination, which no doubt will be a salutary lesson for those involved, the RNS doesn’t contain much “news” largely due to the diligent research efforts by the usual culprits on here, face it we will always be ahead of the curve.
However it does serve as an official statement to the market if what we have accomplished and the direction we are taking and the various associated implications therein.
As has been said before, the market has yet to remotely grasp who and what we are and assign us a realistic valuation.
I see this RNS very much as a teaser to the market, saying hello, come find out what we are about, watch us there’s a lot to follow!
Again, my opinion only, but I wager there will be a media buzz

Might want to educate the author of this piece

Therein lies the problem with Lemur
Coal fired power stations have no place in our portfolio if we are to take a green line with our business model, not something mentioned thus far as I’m currently aware.
It has been mentioned before that this direction is perhaps in conflict with the whole notion of VRFBs serving the renewable energy sector.
Thankyou very much BBN I have never read a better case for investment
This might make me richer and you LTHs disgustingly wealthy!!
It’s been a wonderful ride so far tempered only by our continued price manipulation
Jam on
That too has been my experience in these circumstances
However, if we, as shareholders, continue to request updates we may get a reaction.
As you suggest, there must be something going on, store openings so soon after the FLF tie up means there has been a rapid shift in business model and who knows what else is evolving.
I just wish we could halt the slide in SP and have something to get our teeth into going forward
Hi! This is regarding your concern 'lack of updates regarding the company’s progress and development'. We request you to send your elaborated concern in an email to 'company.Secretary@Koovs.com'. Concerned department will get back to you accordingly. Thanks.

Not at all PB!
Out thoughts are aligned
The point I was trying to enunciate really was that a progressive policy and an ititial token dividend would be sufficient at present time, for the market to rerate and for us to gain a higher profile as an investable concern. In due course a policy that is sustainable is paramount.
In typing this I’ve not had time to look at dividend yields for our market sector, either in the UK or importantly in SA, where we may be listed soon and are bound to be of interest given what we do and our entry Mcap.

I agree in part that the current price levels of V will provide some degree of “windfall” revenue as you suggest but we wouldn’t be in this position if Fortune had not had the foresight to predict the market deficit and the price appreciation that inetivebly follows therefore I don’t believe all of the profits are windfall. This coupled with lower production than anticipated and the need for funds to rapidly develop further production suggest to me that a clear policy is required for ongoing distribution and I think the markets would be happy with a token payment at year end this retaining working cap
An opinion only!
In the shoes of a potential customer, would you really sign and make a financial commitment to a company going bust?
Unlikely that any CFO would make that call, rather they would look to an alternative product provider
I think a takeover/investment for equity is the only option and unfortunately PSL won’t be attractive to many as they have fundamentally failed to secure one client
Jambon
Keep it up, unfortunately there is very little said on this board that's factual and worth reading.
It would be great if there was some solid research available to share other than rumours and unfounded opinions.
You were on the money on Boohoo and I don't think you are wrong here either. However, I wish we could get something concrete out of these muppets before the share price disappears into it's own vacuum

Thanks for the analysis
You mention at the end if your update again about getting away from SETSqx and onto SETS and how this will likely reduce the volatility we see orchestrated directly by the MMs for their own ends.
What will faciliate this and over what timeframe?
Assume moving to AIM 100/50 might influence in part, but is there enough liquidity?
Grateful for your insight
BBN
Terrific 7 parter, appreciated
I have no wish to argue and certainly don’t wish to drag out this thread
Trolls are dull and boring when they genuinely occur. Frankly I dont see the point, they’re not going to shift the SP!
However, I’m not sure you are correct in this instance.
I prefer this board when it’s relevant to its raison d’etre and civil.
I for one am a little confused on the retrace given the widely known news that is to come and our fundamentals on the mining side alone.
Hoping we all have a pleasant and rewarding day.
Yachty out.

A little quick off the mark there I think
There are a great many new investors here over the last couple of weeks
They will have been reading this board avidly, like many of us do, and will believe that this stock can only go one way.
Being a little unnerved by a 10% fall is not to be unexpected especially when there is often talk about how the MMs blatantly manipulate the SP
Perhaps the New poster was enquiring as to our opinions in that regard.
You obviously didn’t take the time to read his posting history.

It would be of great interest to know if we do indeed pick up further investments subsequent to the IC article and the various positive comments posted in its wake.
It would indicate how worthwhile the efforts of Alpha’s PR outreach team might be in encouraging media to cover BMN in future articles.
As we learn of new investors that join us here on LSE we can continue to encourage them to divulge how they came to join our happy bunch, and post on the BP.
