Seen a few messages stating next RNS/update at end of March. Have I missed something as not sure I have seen any confirmation of this.

Anyone else unable to trade KIBO at present, my share account is saying they no longer deal in KIBO shares, I am with Charles Stanley Direct. Does anyone know why? Suspect this will impact the SP also, if trading is restricted

There have been a few of these very quick spikes in the last few months and then it drops back. Someone somewhere is probably doing very well out of them selling at the peak and then buying back in on the dip.
It’s what makes me nervous about this share. I might just sell on the next spike and find something less volatile to invest in!

Decent solid update, 2021 H1 outlook reasonable, after that some challenges ahead which most companies will also be facing. It’s not a blockbuster and is as expected so will be interesting how the market reacts. GLA

Does anyone know when the company is being renamed and rebranded to “Logistics Development Group PLC” as voted through at the General Meeting on 29th December?
What are the views on the impact this will have on the SP?
Any views on what acquisition’s could be in the pipeline as this is an investment company after all and the plan is to invest in more small to transformational businesses in the future (as per the AIM admission document)

BBaggins, read my post from 6th Jan and see my view of where this is going, a week ago you’d have called me out for “ramping” for saying this can get to 25/30p , now I’m “deramping” . I’ve been invested since Feb last year and building a position ever since, my average price is 6.8p so I have nothing to gain from a price drop and a lot to loose if the price drops.
If you think my point was not valid fair enough, we all have our own opinions.
But how do you explain the rapid rise? Remember we only own 45% of the main asset and that asset has a lot of debt.
This is a long play for me, but I bet some day traders are loving this right now.

As said in a previous post I think this can get to 25p. However this weeks rise has been quick and it may drop off slightly.
I would do your research, fully understand what you are investing in, the structure and strategy of the company. How it makes a profit and what all of that means for the share price potential.

I have held for a long time and I am delighted with the past week, although not sure why it has risen so quickly on the back of no RNS. I wonder how much is speculation? Anyway for me the higher this goes the better, but I can see a trace back coming in the next week as think it’s now looking slightly over valued pre results and debt reduction. GLA DYOR

I expect the full year results to be out March/April time assuming audit all goes to plan, which I would expect to be thorough given recent history.

My understanding is that it will be April based on half year coming out 5 months after period close, suspect the audit process is quite thorough given past issues.

This is a good question and depends how you value a business/investment.
Logically this a c45% investment in GWSA which is the parent of Eddie Stobart.
GWSA full year revenue (based on half year) is expected to be c£800m+ with EBITDA c£35m. As a comparison Clipper are a similar company (yes they have more of a tech play) and their full year revenue was c£500m with EBIT of c£32m. Clipper are valued at £612m based on today share price. GWSA could be therefore worth £500-£550m on this basis. So take 45% of that investment and you get to a value of £225-£250m. Factor in debt and general market nervousness due to prior issues I’d value this at £150m-£200m giving a share price target range of 20p-30p.

With a some positive results and statements and some debt reduction this could get there or above. Significant brand loyalty aswell and scope for future investments.

I had my allocation appear in my account on 31st and could trade them as of 8am this morning. I am with Charles Stanley. I haven’t traded them as can only see this going North so holding which I suspect a lot of other traders are. And quite happy seeing quite a few big buys going through today at over 8p per share.

Finance already secured through private investment and it will be more than required 6m. Shareholder vote already happened as Dbay have enough shares to pass motions etc. Expect price to drop today on uncertainty and then RNS tomorrow and price to go up.

The mothership has been investing a lot of money, 10m in brand, complete revamp of head office, rebranding, 3 warehouses in Northampton. My theory is this is being built up for something in the longer term so would make no sense to delist.

They went live with the Morrison’s contract win in Burton Latimer and Sittingbourne last week.
Also secured 3 large warehouses on new development next to M1 at Northampton. Very busy company at the moment. Should be making plenty of profit.

Surely a lockdown would help ESL. They’ve traded strongly though the 1st lockdown and would give potentially more time to sort PIK?

Younglad it was Willowbrook and Bridgewater Wincanton won, different sites of which one was for VMU services through Pullmans.
Truth it is relevant as I would think it safe to assume that Morrison’s would have done some pretty stringent due diligence given where ESL have been in the past 12 months before entering in to any contracts (if indeed its true as no RNS has confirmed this yet) which would suggest some of the concerns us holders have ref liquidity and the general state of the wider business as a going concern are alleviated.
I my mind it helps demonstrate the strength of the business. Appreciate we still don’t know what Dbays intentions are but this is positive news.
