I contacted the company a while ago regarding future dividends and the reply was.
''Subject to there being no material change in the financial affairs of the group and the operational performance and cash flows continue at satisfactory levels, it is intended that the fixed semi-annual dividends on the company’s preference shares arising on 30 June 2024 and 31 December 2024 would be paid as they fall due''.
So looking good at present.
Great news , now onto phase 1 trials lasting up to a year, then phase 2 up to 2 years then phase 3 up to 4 years so a little way off getting a drug to market ( up to 7 years). Them genetically adjusted mice have helped a lot so far.
The late dividend payments of around 11.5p on the 9% preference shares look like to be paid on 7 April , even their price is moving up. They have stated that all being well dividend payments will then normalise to 4.5p end of June and 4.5p end of December, so there could be a 20.5p a share divi by 30 Dec 24. I am in on preference shares but not on these.
