Ballys Intralot shareholders appear to be the ones getting the vote on wether to proceed with the buy out at 52p NOT Evoke shareholders.

This needs to be voted on by the shareholders of Intralot and is expected to complete by Q1 2027 at the latest, plenty of time for shorts to trade this share.
