I don't know (and can't be bothered to check) the exact maturity dates, but assuming the strike price is below the market price it makes no sense to exercise the option until the last moment - otherwise the risk is transferred to the holder.

contrarian - your earlier post this week. Why would a director exercise an option if they don't have to?

I thought you said downside was 70-75 pence a few months ago - 3.5p-3.75p old money. That's a lot less than 2.6p away.
