I fully agree with you on the point you make, my point was that as far as I am aware it was just agreeing what could be achieved with the results that was presented to the supplier and no contract was set in motion that would of allowed the commissioning and installation of any such equipment that's along way from being Committed to the principal of the RNS do you think they can just pop these units in? In takes many weeks to set this up. As far as we are aware there was no pre contract or any tenders given out, not to mention how we were to pay for them for me it was just a paper exercise imho
