Hop2, I believe I understand your question but am unable to give you the best answer ( I think some have possibly misunderstood your request).
Like you I think but don't know, the best way would be to just sit there repeatedly requesting a quote until it get's quoted. I also would like to know if there is a better way.
The premise of your question being how to buy whilst a very large share price increase is taking place?
I may be way off mark but the fact comparators are not working against Omicron, would in one regard suggest even more urgency for alternative treatments such as SNG001.
Why not proceed with trial against placebo?
With that previous video (which I have seen before) it all seems a bit odd, rather mixed messages ?
Found the following forthcoming in Orlando, I would have thought it's right up Syn's Street......especially as in Florida where Akron Bio are located.

Manifesto....my thoughts exactly, perhaps I didn't present them very well. If SNG001 is shown to improve patient recovery from breathlessness then the question would be why/how ? What has been the exact mechanism to do that? A degree of lung repair?
From Ducati post, relating to a further trial:
The latest study, which is aiming to recruit 400 participants, is using a specialised MRI imaging technique in which patients breathe in xenon gas while lying in a scanner. The gas can be traced as it moves from the lungs into the bloodstream, giving a reading of how the lungs are functioning. This contrasts with CT scans, which show just the structure of the lungs.
Thanks for posts all.
In relation to hidden lung damage from long covid, then as you say Matml74, this may have significance for SNG001.
Wouldn't it be great if it can be shown from the Sprinter results that patients taking SNG001 didn't experience any significant long covid affects and could be then be further validated by patient lung tests of this kind to back up the trials data they will already have.
Maybe I am wishing for too much (but perhaps not) and as has been said many time the most important thing is that SNG001 can both save lives and hopefully improve quality of lives by avoiding/minimising long covid.
Sorry if my thoughts have run away a bit.
GLA.
Thanks gggg21 and all posters it's helping clarify questions around this trial (SG019).
Oddmoney, I agree 90-120 mins is a long time, I don't interpret that they are just asking about the two questions.
Skippy, I ain't sure at all but I don't think it is an external audit, Synairgen are the sponsor for the " pilot study"
As has been suggested, let's hope it's to provide further underpinning to fantastic results.
Enjoying the chat but I have to go to 5-a-side footy now...if my old bones will hold up !!!
SHA222, I think it's irrelevant if the 25 participants took other types of medications. I interpret it to be about whether ANY patient (on the SNG018 trial or not) can consistently interpret and respond to the questions used to measure patient improvement.
It's about confirming validity of data recorded.
The 25 participants (not previous SNG018 trial participantsl) are interviewed for 90-120 mins, so it seems it's about ensuring the participants could correctly understand and presumably consistently respond to the questions being asked. I interpret this as being intended to provide supportive evidence that the questions used (and responses/info gathered) can be relied upon as valid data.
I am curious as to why this is a "pilot study" it implies to me that further more detailed studies around this subject will also be conducted.
I don't really understand this fully but am making my interpretation. I would appreciate any thoughts as to why this is referred to as a "pilot study" ?
Don't want to sound negative but is there a potential some of the patient recorded data could be a "bit fuzzy" (one of NDN's past phrases think?). At the time this pilot trial was instigated, I would have thought there would be info (at least anecdotal) as to how patients were finding it easy to provide clear feedback or otherwise.
