Had an email this morning from HL regarding the vote, you can log on to your account and vote using the "corporate action" button next to 8PG in your portfolio. It's easy only takes a few seconds, obviously I have voted against just to stick it to the crooks running this company unfortunately I only have 3000 shares! I got rid of most of mine (7million in old money) and kept a few in it did come good. If it does go through I shall kept the shares in the private company just to remain a thorn in their side. It's my understanding that if a group of shareholders that have more than 10% we could force them to appoint a director we nominate. Just a thought could be done with the help of some of the larger investors.

Suspect a leaky ship, with some folks buying now to sell into a rise after some good news. That seems to be the AIM way! Or am I just to cynical?

Great news on the RNS.

Plenty of shares being sold into the rising price.
I am going to sit on my hands, think some of the shares bought over the last week will be traded but this has got to rerate over the the next few days. Will be interested to see if we get more detail on the illumia deal soon.

ATB, congrats to other LTH for holding on, was starting to get fed up with it all but broke even end of last week.

Saw those but what I was thinking was an exact start date, for instance 10th September. I think this would "inspire" more confidence after the the last badly worded email. They must know by now a start date if it's going to be before the end of the month. Just my thoughts on the share price reaction.

Think a bit more detail would have helped, perhaps a start date for the trial.

Listening to the proactive interview that was linked yesterday I think there has been an over reaction to a badly worded RNS, hopefully these will go back up again and higher once the trail start is announced and up again on positive results from the trial.
Have put my spare cash into Opti so will benefit there if there is a bounce here, wish I could have found some more money down the back of the sofa!

Got a few more this morning, missed the really cheap ones but in profit already (just) think these will go again with more good news. The retrace was to be expected without more news but it went lower than I thought, possibly partly due to the badly worded RNS from SBTX yesterday.
These are a long term hold for me, got most of mine at 20p and topped up as I could afford it,so very comfortable with the price but looking forward to more news of commercialisation and some profits soon.

I am a LTH nursing a loss but bought more at 4.5p and have been waiting for some confidence to return (mainly my own) but I think now is a good time to buy some more. The up coming news flow regarding break even should be good, I have re read the old rns and think that previous deals should be starting to payoff. Hopefully the legal issues should be sorted soon, this I see as the major brake on the price (the market hates uncertainty!) So I have bought a few more for me and the kids' isas. Patience is now required, as well as a bit of good news. ALL IMOHO, please DYOR. Windy

I would like to think Chr Hansen were involved with this in some way. what I am understanding (in very layman's) terms is that OPTI can effectively turbocharge other people's strains of probiotics. Surely this is a great concept that could lead to extra income in licences for helping other people "pimp their strains" and OPTI will be using this presentation to announce that to the world. IMHO.

Yea, a load of weight on Carrillion!!! Took my eye off the ball, had done some research after seeing a couple of articles flagging up contract problems and pension deficit. Was going to do a bit more but then the profit warning was announced and the rest as they say is "history"........ Lesson learned! I will concentrate more on monitoring stocks and acting on issues. As far as OPTI is concerned, I am basically happy but a bit frustrated. Have been in a long while so seen a good rise but don't think it will go up much until there are more contracts bagged and the ones we have start making serious money. GLA

Even an update on the factory would help, assuming it's a good update! Still it's common enough for shares to drift down with no news so not getting itchy feet. GLA

Thought I might get a top up ahead of possible news at the AGM but with a 28% spread i don't think I'll bother.

Still wondering where the Chinese have got to? Have they been? More importantly have they bought anything? This share needs some news to keep the momentum going. GLA

Thankyou for the feedback, it is encouraging that AMED are backing us and they company. Hopefully what is good for the goose is good for the gander etc. I am looking forward to more feedback as time goes by as we are in a critical phase of the business. Think the cost of moving marble by air would be prohibitive, not familiar with the road network in that part of the world but am with the costs of air transport. IMO you could accept a lot of aggro to move it by road to a port rather than by air to somewhere. Hopefully announcements to come soon that will clear up a lot of questions. GLA
