Seems like interest in either pro or anti arguments has disapeared. No doubt they will reappear when DEB has its next leg up.

Companies can go years without posting Accounts and the usual £150 fine is derisory. Its about as important as forgetting to pay your netflix bill. Careless perhaps but not an issue
