Thank you Lawrence for the regular and often real-time transmission of important and factual information (And this, even if I do not have the same opinion - for example on P. Maslowski). The same cannot be said of some of your sterile detractors, who have emerged in recent weeks and who seem to want to lead with full power.
Happy Holidays
Is it technically possible for a company like POG to renegotiate with bondholders a longer maturity (without counterpart)? A kind of moratorium in 2022
Could it be that POG plays poker; knowing that the means of pressure is that if there is a full sale at the moment, the shareholders will lose everything, but the bondholders risk losing 75%.
That being said, if Gazprombank is hostile to us, as may have been the case with the stake in IRC, the problem remains.
If I had the heart to joke, I would say that there is still the possibility of asking for the help of P. Hambro. It would be nice to help Petropavlovsk rather than IRC paying a dividend
Sorry not 2025

It also seems to me but it didn't last long.
Surprising for a famous Western investor
What a heartbeat!
So IRC creates as much value in a year as pog's market value. The world has goes crazy (again)
With Fewer short positions, any further drops would be limited.
Short positions fell yesterday: -0.59 points
I don't see it like you. Now that the separation from IRC has happened ; It may take a little while to know where we are going in terms of potential refinancing. And therefore strategy. The Board still seems to be working on her. The new appointment of Ms Yakovleva is a step in the right direction.
On the other hand, I wonder if Mr Mukherjee served any purpose; Especially if the agreement to sell IRC shares was already irreversible.
Total debt repayments US$91m
Cash and deposits balance US$58m
Total debt oustanding US$118m
What a lack of luck (for POG)
For years, I have been thinking about having a small stake in IRC; I made up my mind and stayed up late at night to buy at the opening. Impossible. This morning, I have the explanation. The share price is suspended until further notice.
Law13, you have news of Peter Hambro in a new IRC video:

I have been thinking for some time that selling IRC for almost nothing could be the price to pay to have much less probability of being ousted as a small shareholder.
This year IRC will become really profitable for the first time this year; But can also be the last. Who knows. Do any of you also own IRC shares? What do you think about allocating a small percentage of POG to IRC. Is it too reckless/suicidal?
What would be the minimum legal share price in the event of a takeover bid if someone has an opinion
There is a good correlation between POG and gold today
Good news
Kramsnib, Thanks for the explanation
New announcement contradicts what I thought
now I don't understand anything

What if it was Gazprom that was behind the sale of IRC?
What if Petropavlovsk had no choice in order to keep all of its financing?
it obviously smells a dodgy deal
