1.4 bilion at the moment will be divided to 1.4 bilion ordinary shares with nominal 0.25p and 1.4 bilion differed shares 0.75p nominal while you have consolidation 400:1 on the ordinary shares resolting in 3.75 milion shares approx differed shares stays 1.4 bilion in the shadows.

For anyone dreaming new money will come at £4 i hahaha surprise surprise ....no chance

You cannot build black mass refining plant so ....you will be selling at price someone is willing to pay you not the otherway around ....and wih frw worldwide you are not in good position...

You selling to someone who is paying you with 3rd Co shares .That is the problem .That co only been trading on the exchange for short time another problem so eventually you can possibly end that the expert board have sold the asset for 2-3 milions :) on the other hand European lithium have sold stake at CRML for 10 milions and very likley will buy back if they want at much lower price . :) 😀 😃 🙂 🙃
