AIM listed need 75% shareholders approval for delisting :) 😀 ....Once private shareholders have less and less protection ....

AIM companies have to seek shareholders approval and need 75% or more to aprove delisting .

Main market have to issue 20 working days notice to take it private....

Blaming the BoD that can shift you anytime they like with 20 day notice and yoh can say nothing you will not be even asked .

Be wise ....DGI delisting no need approval from shareholders....only 20 days notice .....Small caps on main market even more vulnerable than AIM as all AIM need 75% shareholders approval.
