JB already knows that he won’t be filing last years accounts ahead of this years account deadline. He also knows he won’t be filing this years accounts. He has lied to us continuously. Inferring the accounts are close, they’ll be sorted soon etc. this after he “promised” the same mistakes as previous years would not happen as they’ve brought in new accountants.

There is a huge cover up ongoing and he isn’t brave enough to speak without lying to his shareholders.

On 23/04/2026 Alpheus Nethononda replied to a message on ‘X’ ask me the same question in on 30th of May.

This was in response to a meme saying “what are your sales”.

Guess what….its now June and still no answers.

And despite Jason reading these threads or at the very least, been made aware of the content of this one and various replies he receives on X, he does not think it is his role to come out and explain the position with the accounts. Shareholders would appreciate honesty, whether that be the good, bad or the ugly. Instead he shies away from it. Often hinting at addressing the “elephant in the room” but weeks/months later he repeats the same, having not addressed “the elephant in the room”

Ask yourself why is that? You may not share my opinion but it leaves me with no logical explanation other than to conclude the truth will hurt.

He treats his shareholder with utter contempt.

Why are people giving Jason the benefit of the doubt by claiming he is incompetent?

I find it remarkable, incredulous in fact, that you can gloss over all the negatives (and there are way too many for any level headed investor) and latch on to tiny positives.

How can JB stepping back from all those companies be a positive? Put yourself in the shoes of the shareholders from those companies who have been sold a lie only to see him walk away.

What’s to say he won’t do that with Marula?

I know he is invested, but I don’t trust there isn’t a loop hole there either

One thing I can say with confidence is JB is not the type of person to make his own personal fortunate vulnerable. It always feels like there is always another agenda to what he is doing.

I am sorry if this upsets people, but JB has brought it on himself. His actions have done nothing to reassure me or any other valued investors. He treats shareholders with little respect.

Now JB is posting photos of the final weighbridge calibration work and tests being checked at the Kilifi Manganese Operations.

I read all your posts with interest. As you clearly put a lot of time and effort into this company. You were a small part of the reason I invested (albeit I did make the mistake of believing RNSs actually counted for something) as you are clearly a keen supporter of Marula. I don’t blame you at all as you clearly offer your opinion and often caveat it with DYOR.

However, I do think it is time for you to be balanced and not blinkered. Surely even you must have doubts?

Written down all this looks great but JB spouts this all the time. There appears to be no consequences of his lies (and they are lies, just like the lie the other night when he said revenue end of Feb start of March - I guarantee this will not happen in that timeframe).

Are you able to provide me and other shareholders with any reassurance as to why you feel this latest acquisition and claim my JB is different to all the others which we now know have been wrong?

As I’ve got to know JB and the company and more about mining. I am often left asking myself the question - how come Marula unearth all of these world class sites and secure world class minerals? There are far bigger, far more professional outfits out there and yet they have not shown an interest in these sites. Why?

JB would have us all believe Marula have struck gold (quite literally) by uncovering sites that are near ready to produce. I call BS, because if they were that good Marula would not be close to beating others to the race to buy the site.

In response to others saying why are investors running down their own shares. Well I guess it is because this forum has little to no ability to influence the share price. What the company does or does not deliver has the greatest ability to do that.

However, I also think we all have a duty to not over ramp this share too as I see that as just an extension of Jason’s lies which is not fair on any perspective buyer.

There is an old saying that if it isn’t written down it hasn’t happened. In JB case, even if it’s written down it’s not happened. His words are worthless and the interviews with Mark on StockBox are useless. JB controls the narrative with no real challenge.

It’s little more than paid advertising.

His first sentence about the RTO is completely contrary to the rampy tweets posted by JB about how good a deal it was for the company and shareholders.

He’s exposing his inexperience because you don’t sign up or publish details of a deal which you’ve not agreed to. If he had agreed to it, why the change?

He is hiding something. You cannot trust a word that comes out of his mouth.
