The rns is pretty poor really, it’s obvious the bots government are waiting for the commercial flow rates before signing a ppa! God knows how long that will be. The problem with the flow rates in my opinion goes back to the raise after the tender was first cancelled, it was at a terrible price and they didn’t raise enough for the 3 production pods that they were planning for, tg said in an interview that 3 would have been better than 2 but 2 is better than 1. They knew after flaring at salemo what flow rates they could expect at the primary production pods target and hence they planned for 3 production pods, so raising funds at a rubbish price back then has come back to bite them. It now makes sense why colm seemed stressed in his last interview. Need to hear from Tony really now, but all you’ll get is it’s all going to plan! The lth won’t see a return until towards the end of next year, that’s if they hit all the target timelines, I doubt they will get electricity sales before the end of next year, they will still be waiting for the commercial flow rates lol.

I’m not putting any more money in here! Need to start getting something back from the bod first! Trying to stay away from the forums and twitter at the moment.

Your posts say exactly what I think, 3 years ago I invested in this with loads of optimism, did my research and was happy with the decision I made, but this whole rfp process has just sucked it all out of me, all this constant waiting with nothing notable happening with the sp, it’s been poor, peolple keep saying when we get the flow rates that it’ll send the sp on its way, I still think the biggest thing stopping this moving is the rfp, without a customer the flow rates mean absolutely nothing at the moment. Colm also saying finance news not till year end bothers me, he said 10mil is all they need, if that’s right why would it take that long to raise that relatively small amount, just doesn’t add up to me, unless the flow results are still a way off? The bod definitely need to start to do something for the holders as I still think they’ve been poor and they are not helping the mood that is around this share at the moment, the next news they give needs to be belting!!

Sorry if my having a negative opinion as opposed to your positive opinion is annoying you brad but I’m entitled to my opinion and I’ll say what I feel!! I’m well aware of what has happened in the last few years as I’ve been invested here for 3 years, maybe you’ll have to let me borrow your rose tinted glasses sometime lol. Just because i have a different opinion to you doesn’t make me a bad individual. The market wants to see a route to market end of, and until the rfp gets awarded the sp is not going to do much imho. Hopefully the next rns will be the one that we’re waiting for!

It was over a year ago that the rig arrived to Botswana, so over a year later and we still don’t have any results! Over 2 years ago we submitted the rfp tender and 2 years later we still have nothing awarded! In those 2 years you would think it reasonable to be able to find someone to sell our electricity to and for the financial side of things to be pretty much sorted with just the matter of signing on the dotted line left to do! But no we are still left waiting for all the above to materialise, we might not get funding news until a lot later in the year, my question as a frustrated holder is what have the management actually been doing in those 2 years!!!

If they only got offered 10mil, where is the rest coming from? You don’t think they’ll come asking the good old share holders again? Wonder what price that would be raised at?

It’s a shame your leaving for awhile, I have enjoyed reading your posts, it seems like we both invested here around the same time and I share your sentiments regarding this share, you put your thoughts out there in a more eloquent way than I can, I just need to put my frustration down in words which don’t always come across well. I think being invested for as long as we have been, we are aloud to have a moan about the progress or lack of positive sp movement this share has given holders. The bod need to pull their fingers out and repay the holders.

Thanks Brad Smith for pointing out my mistake in my earlier post, I know we are going to hopefully sell electric into the grid and not gas, you say in your post that finding buyers is easy, well the board have done an awful job of finding any in the last 2 years, there is absolutely no interest in this company and that must fall at the feet of those in charge! We all invest to make money but apart from 2-3 times in 2 years the sp has been poor (understatement). Tony said that share holders will make a lot of money in an interview recently but how many more years must the long term holders wait!

I still believe the rfp is the biggest bit of news the market wants to see as this would at least give our gas a value!

By the sea, I think most people are fed up with this share and the lack of positive movement in the sp, I can’t believe that we might not get project finance until year end ( what has colm been doing for the last year, had his head up his a&@# ) . I under stand the wider market is no ones friend at the moment, but it’s been a **** show from a sp point of view, I mean 2 years and we still have no one to sell our gas to, we are now going to hopefully be getting good rns releases about the flow rates but we’ll be getting them when the sp is on its arse, prob get a small spike but that won’t help out all the long term holders as most will still be down.! Very frustrated the way things have turned out here, if by god there’s a big spike on news I think most long term holders would sell a chunk and move on. The last 2 years have been a total shambles!!

Let’s see if we can actually hold onto these gains and not lose them over the next couple of days like we normally do!
I’ll be more excited when we are nearer 20p than this awful sp level!

Another woeful week from tlou, it’s about time the bod did something to drive this sp for all the long suffering holders, the last year has been awful sp wise, we’ll be lucky to break 10p on rfp approval, knowing this share we’ll go up 20% then drop 20% the next day. So frustrated with the lack of movement here. Time for the bod to deliver

Your not the only one nervous about what’s happening, if people say they are not concerned here then I think there lying, something definitely seems wrong here and I guess if there is we’ll find out in time! But tlou should have secured a customer by now as they have had 6 months to find one, I don’t think share holders will put up with much more until they start to ask serious questions of the company about what exactly is happening

I certainly am not buying more, we all need clarity on the way this company progresses forward! Today is the first time I�ve set a stop loss as I don�t want to lose any more money, I almost sold out today but am going to wait and see what to has to say for himself and if I don�t like what I hear I will sell up. His next interview needs to be bloody good

Pijoe, they’ve always said they want to start small and scale up. I want to know from the bod if we are going to need to raise again down the line and if so are they going to do it at a massive discount again! I also want to know how they are going to turn this s£&@ show around. Most invested now will be sitting on a loss, so how are they going to grow the sp going forward as they have a long way to go to win back the trust of us investors. I think news on ppa is a long way off, else you would of just waited till after to raise at a higher price. Can’t help feeling we have been shafted today! What are they using the rest of the money we had left for, that’s another question I would like to ask as I thought we had money for the rest of the year

not deramping as you can see by the sp it doesn’t need any help, just pulling some of my holding until I hear difinitive news on a ppa and funding news. My money and think I’ll do what I like with it and if that’s reducing my holding then that’s my decision, just lost a bit of faith at the moment

I’m with you bythesea, very disappointed with what’s happening here. Nothing new in that podcast, tg has to come across as though there is nothing wrong or the sp would collapse. Can’t believe they are now saying we should never have gone done the rfp route, for a company who are supposed to have weekly calls to discuss risks I find this poor. Going to sell half my holding until we have firm news of a ppa
