So the raise is done and dusted so where is the news? They must have something to release! Where’s the funding? What’s happened to the full ppa? Have they signed off the interim ppa? If the engineer is back in bots what are the flow rates? Still too many questions need answering! The lack of communication is really worrying here! We’ve just stagnated here for too long, the sp isn’t going anywhere until progress is made!!

Nice to see this lifestyle company can continue to underperform for longer now the lifestyle raise is complete. Big pat on the back for the bod!

What the same tlou that’s not got commercial flow rates, or the same one that hasn’t got the funds to connect to the grid or drill more wells lol. The ramps keep coming, he just wants to boost the sp so he gets his warrants! Tlou are a year away at best from connecting to the grid and that’s if we get the funding now! But that’s about 8 weeks away still as they have due diligence to complete! Or as in our case this will drag on for 6 months. What’s happened to the full ppa? The bod are not going to make share holders a decent return for awhile yet! Useless!

I see Martinfilm/Martin aim 77 is ramping on twitter saying this is going to rise when we connect to the grid/ scale, in the next weeks/ months! It’s going to be a year a t least before our gas to power is connected and ready to go and that’s only if they can actually achieve sustained commercial flow rates! Must be mm’s mate! Lol

Well only brad and probably mm think the bod have done a bang up job for us all! Can’t wait to see how many shares they smash us with to get the funding, oh wait a minute they might not issue any because we’re going to be bought out!! Lol. Can’t even produce 2mw after more than a decade in bots because they haven’t got the gas flows. Came back to the share holders for more money after promising that they wouldn’t need to ask us because we had done enough for the company. About time they started repaying the faith shown by us!

You know we don’t control the market, big money controls the market. If the sp was 30p you wouldn’t see me for dust, but it’s not because the useless bod haven’t created any value.

If the company actually created value for its holders I wouldn’t be here moaning! But they haven’t created anything but misery for the long term holders! Any long term holders here in profit? Probably not because the bod have been woeful in creating any sort of share holder value!!!

Mm we’re not that lucky! If we were going to be bought out then colm would have put more money into this fund raise as he’s the finance director you’d gave thought he would of seen the value in it! But the twot only put in a pittance compared to tg! It would be nice but think your dreaming to be honest! It seems like your just trying to get people’s hopes up with a bit of a ramp!

Let’s see then brad shall we, I might not have the amount of shares right ( that’s just what I think) but I believe we will see more dilution, I suppose we will find out when it’s finally signed!

When tlou secure the funding the shares in issue will jump massively in my opinion, they told us they want between $10 - $30 million (I think). To get that money who ever they deal with is going to want a piece of the pie! With this fund raise adding 75million extra shares for a measly $1.8 million or so, what do you think trying to get $10 - $30 million is going to add. It’s got to be getting on for 300 - 500 million extra shares!!!

It’s good news but just to bring those ramping out there back to earth we don’t have enough gas flows at the moment to supply 2mw. And I thought we were chasing/ being offered funding to 10mw?
