It looks like the company have screwed long term holders here again!
Recovery looked to be on the cards but the bod decided to stop it in its tracks again, well below the raise price now!
When will this bod actually achieve something for its share holders? Instead of spouting the same old same old let’s see some actual tangible progress!!!!!
Certainly looks like the raise was to keep there income safe for another year, without having do anything for us!

The date the threshold was crossed on that rns says the 19th. That is after the fund raise, so have they been buying in the normal market?

He has taken his holding from 4%+ to 5%+

Who cares, as tg has stated in the past that there is enough room for both companies to operate in the same space!
I really don’t care what Sekaname do or get, my only concern is that tg needs to get us moving!!!

I just hope that this bod have a nice flow of news lined up for us after the shares are admitted tomorrow! They certainly need to start to look after all us long term holders, after the last 3 years of nothing they’ve provided us!!!!
We all deserve to be rewarded for our faith and stubbornness not to sell!!
Hopefully they will now try and grow the sp!!
I’m not expecting any miracle’s though as I believe the sp won’t see any real gains for a few months!

I’m expecting more dilution next year when the poles and wires are complete, but let’s see if gilby can start to bring back some positivity here, god we could do with some much needed positive news flow this year!

IMO I don’t think we will see anything on these items until later q2 possibly q3. But that’s just my thoughts.

So after Wednesday we should in theory start to get regular news!
Gilby should start to earn his money again in the near term, which will be a blessing! Let’s see if he can turn this absolute shambles and nightmare share around!!!!

Basically don’t expect funding or ppa news anytime soon!

Ok then why are we after the rest of phase 1 funding then, if as you say we already have it all?

It’s not enough money to complete all of it damo, they still need more cash to complete the whole work program associated with the poles and wires. Hence phase 1 funding of 10mil.

Looks like plenty of buys coming in at these levels!

So why is gilby still in hiding? Get him in an interview, so he can tell us the aim of the company now! Are we going down the solar route?

The time it’s taking them to get the majority of funding done is also a major bug bear of mine, they are incompetent IMO! Still trying to secure it from a country that seem to want to drag the process out for an eternity!
Just go else where and secure it!

15 months and they still can’t complete on the funding, that is total incompetence on the company’s part IMO!!
Someone on Twitter is even linking tlou to hydrogen now, first cbm, then solar and now hydrogen. We can’t even deliver on cbm at this time, it’s a complete joke!

After 15 months of trying for funding and having no joy ( basically they’ve failed to get it done) they decide on a sh@t fund raise again! Same old story from this bod!!
Again what are they going to send down the line?
Electricity generated from what exactly?
No commercial gas flows and no money for solar!!

Another thing is clear now having completed another fund raise for this lifestyle company, and that is the funding they are still after is still an age away from being secured!!

No doubt gilby will come out of hiding now, to give us all a load of flim flam of why this is so good for holders!
Is this really the best outcome after 15 months of going after funding!! Really?

Tlou still need funding to complete phase 1 minor, that will be another fund raise again in the future adding more shares. The potential return for long term holders gets smaller and smaller with each disastrous fund raise. This company cannot get the funding over the line! That has been apparent for a long time!!
And once the power line is complete what exactly are they going to send down it to the grid, as they haven’t got enough gas flows and we have no money for solar?
No money for more wells!!
Colm clueless has to be the worst finance director there is! He needs to go ASAP!!
Get someone in who can secure funding!
