Block Commodities was suspended in September 2018 pending a possible acquisition by a Canadian company called TEN
Since this announcement, no further updates have been provided by BLCC and the shares remain untradeable some 6 months later.
Does anyone know what rules the NEX Exchange has for ensuring that a company provides its shareholders with information once shares have been suspended?
Is there a maximum length of time of that shares can be suspended before they have to be unsuspended?
