Being a Newbie there are things I do/don't understand on this forum. I would like to ask, if we the investors could be offered more than the share price is currently why are people selling their shares when the recompense could be as much as a 6 bagger in the longer term. I don't get it and why are we not buying all we can as it sounds like a no brainer? Please forgive my potential naivety cheers.

Mickykay, if Newmont do buy Omi out what does that do to he SP?

There have been fantastic encouraging comments on this board. There have been projections of SP 's which are out of this world and also comments that Orosur could sell to Newmont/Chinese; with this in mind what does this mean for the SP should a takeover go ahead? Also would this have a detrimental or positive effect for us the investors?

Hi All
I'm a newbie and just made/ordered my first significant investment here after watching the Webinar tonight. I had to fill out a W8-BEN form on the HL website. I understand the form but was wondering what information will be required at a later date should the time come to sell? Will tax deductions be automatically taken or will I require to complete another form?
