To my mind the high of 1.80 had the EPC news already factored in , only when the financing has been thoroughly bought forward do I see a 2.8-3.0p range .
Of course with the added potential of DX ,off take agreements etc then this could add further value..
Also thinking Power China further forward than many think . Would be interested to know if Power China have given a deadline date for it's subsidiaries to complete work by.

Actually Power China have constructed a multitude of different projects, though I do believe Kola would be the first potash processing plant . Of course I'm not sure there's a standard design regarding building such plants so guess a little bit of tweaking going on .
Either way the tweakings in our favour.
