Last relevant facts: Criminal law Court of Spain to require SWP Board of Directors to testify as accused of possible crimes (such as asset stripping, corporate crime and fraud with regard to Fullflow Sistemas liquidation/liquidator) that have been admitted and are currently under investigation.

For the innocents around here: Fullflow Sistemas has been declared in provisional insolvency by Spanish Labour Court nº 24. This is the kind of "clean exit" that SWP Group Board told us recently... It shows none or little respect for employees and shareholders. Be prepared for more news on this soon. Other Courts involved too.

Sad news from the French siphonic market... Fullflow Systeme goes into receivership (link below). Another country where they seem to be in trouble... Creditors have their right to get paid of course. Half Year results, page 5, Mr. Chairman writes: "sub contractors disappear from the market into insolvency only to return shortly thereafter in another guise to resume their activities from where they left off". I see... Is he describing the UK Fullflow's market situation or maybe thinking in what they did in Spain only two years ago (see Court record link below)??? So it is bad for the sector when done by others but who cares when done it by themselves... Or maybe bad in the UK but good in Spain??? What a line of argument flexibility... Fantastic sham exercise!! We want more of this, please.

What is next? How long is the Board going to be running away from their debts and responsabilities???

Contrary to what is said in SWP results report, Fullflow Sistemas has not exited Spain cleanly but actually leaving substantial unpaid debts behind and is under a seizure of assets procedure since last April 2013 (Madrid Labour Court 24). Their appointed liquidator has resigned a few weeks ago... The Board ows an explanation for the biased and misleading information sent to investors and shareholders. Unless "cleanly" has changed its traditional meaning in English, of course.
