Supermobileman – Immupharma Biotech was indeed founded in 2000. This can be verified on the official Infogreffe website, where the French commercial register is maintained. The company was simply transferred to a new registered address in 2021. This relocation is what you are referring to.

What about the 70 million warrants (at 2p) Lanstead is still holding? They're highly in the money so Lanstead may start exercising these warrants anytime soon and continue their selling with the shares received from the warrants. Please correct me if my understanding is not accurate.

It’s just ridiculous to think p3 trials — which cost tens of millions of pounds — would ever be funded purely through equity. That’s not how it works.

Looking at Monte Rosa Therapeutics mcap before deal announcement was like 250m, after deal announcement around 400m. Pipeline of Monte Rosa looks pretty good. Don‘t know if the pipeline is somehow comparable to IMM‘s. However, Monte Rosa was covered in Science Magazine which is in deed impressive.

Any thoughts on the Incanthera warrants IMM is holding? According to the RNS from 1 April 2025 (no April Fool’s), they expire on 30 September 2025. Hopefully they only extend them if no extra costs arise for IMM, otherwise just let them expire. If costs do come with an extension, that would be highly questionable imho. So we may get our next RNS very soon (about the extension of the warrants) – unfortunately, and likely before the RNS many (myself included) are hoping for.

Don't know what you're referring to peter but I didn't thumb up the post from soletrader. I just made clear that the historic price of £1.60 cannot be compared to the actual sp considering the dilution since 2017/2018. Mcap was around 250M so this would equal to around 50p today. No price prediction from my side because lack of news atm.

This happens when people don‘t fact check A.I. (i.e. check the sources it‘s using). IMM indeed had SPA and fast track but for their 2017 study. However not this time. Why should they? Last FDA meeting was mid 2023 and since then… silencium. Soo… where them study at?

I have the same understanding as biff and guitar. To add, the measured price and thereof the payments to IMM are based on daily vwap over a 20 day period. Hence spikes at the end of each observation period won't hurt Lanstead. They will have enough time to sell a tranche of their holdings (before or after the monthly settlement) to refinance their payments to IMM. It's a win-win for Lanstead but when SP goes up they win even more. Also because of the benchmark price of 5p.
