Not all bad news especially if someone is just about to put a bid in. In effect they have brought their year end forward and this is normally for one reason only. They are being bought. The only confusing matter is why would Bob Morton put money in last week? The price must be alot higher than the market value. Anyone else got any thoughts?

I have said it before but radical changes need to be made to this stock if it is to prosper. The boardroom changes must hit the ground running and win back the support of the institutional investors. In the meantime the SP will slide. To what level I have no idea IMHO

Seems to be a lack of information albeit I am sure there is lots going on behind the scenes. A re-financing programme has surely got include disposals before the bank can agree to anything? I have recently sold my small holding at a loss I hasten to add ,so I am not in a position to be over critical about this stock however news flow has got to improve or otherwise this TNO will gradually lose its support thus moving the SP further south

Again all I can ask is does anyone know whats going on with this stock? It is interesting to see the relationship between Bob Morton (Hawk Investments) and David Wright at PTCM. I have mentioned on another site and wondered if this was a step towards putting both companies together???? If so great for shareholders and certainly good for BM and DW!!!! and in a much smaller way ME.

Anyone any idea whats going on with this stock Surely the people who are buying and selling at the moment are basing their judgement on something. Are the buys members of staff in the know? are the sells pure lack of action?

Can anyone explain why the spread is so wide. The selling price is 29.5p so why keep it at 20p?

It must be lovely to have a chairman like Bob Morton. Any problems just give him a call. Thats the joke,the reality is he doesnt do it for charity. There is a reason why he has put over 3 million into a company that is currently worth just over a million. Time will tell and I dont think it will be long

Market buyers playing games? They dont really know how to value this stock. Its up and down on the strenght of a couple of hundred pounds. I stick by my recent comments that something has got to break here its far to quiet. Come on Mr Morton put us out of our suspense??

A couple of small buys this morning!! Could be a re-run of the interim announcement and a lot more. As I have said counttless times on this site. There isnt enough liquidity for the institutions probably around 5 million shares in the open market. Excellent for the small time investors like me and you to make a decent return. Good Luck All

Its not only us who think their should be more action with this stock. I have just seen a comment on the advfn site doing a comparison with some 2010 figures. It makes this stock even more compelling. I think Harley is correct and it is now just a waiting game. I personally believe and have mentioned it many times that this stock is really undervalued and when the right news comes out will probably quadruple in value from todays price. It is not just my wishful thinking because the facts are there for all to see.

Has anyone got any views on this stock or am I reading it the wrong way? and contrary to my text last Friday. Strong NAV back in profit,market cap of 1.34 million,A serial investor who has put over 4 million of his own funds into the business,1 small but apparently succesfull acquisition already with another looming at any time, a share price that doubles at a murmur of any news and so on. IMHO apart from my holding at 6p which I cant imagine getting back to that figure everyhting else I have which is below 2.3p should give me a decent profit. There was another piece of insignificant news on their website today but at least they are updating now on a regular basis. Yet another good sign!!!!

Ive probably made as many mistakes as you in my time but I have a hunch that this is not one of them. Just look at the NAV and also market cap.Together with Bob Morton at the helm who has historically made alot of money from stocks like these. The shares have got to go up nearly fourfold just for him to get his money back. I think they will and it will be an acquisition that does it. There is plenty of stock out there at the moment and its cheap IMHO. However once any news is on the horizon people will be bombarding this site saying there is no liquidity. DYOR of course

As mentioned before too much debt and a potential fire sale. New CEO at helm to steer company back down the private road if it doesnt crash on course

I would suggest that the 8 mill is goodwill however the debt is virtually non existent. There is now a few million shares up for grabs,a very undervalued stock and extremly good value in my opinion. I did post a couple of weeks ago saying dont judge this stock on the interims albeit they were not that bad. Look at the short/medium term strategy which appears to be acquisitions. The statement in the interims in my opinion had a sense of confidence which has not shown in this stock since 2008.

Can buy 1 million shares online at 0.58p. Must be some institution or ex director behind the scenes. Maybe this would attract a fund manager at the lowest end. We could see some real activity then.

As mentioned a few times recently the key to this stock is not todays interims albeit amazing as they are just back in profit. Its more to do with the growth of the business through acquisitions and it seems they are talking to more than one interested party. Buy ,hold your nerve and wait this stock will fly. Not enough liquidity to let the institutions in so us little ones could all do nicely out of this.

Hello to all you newcomers. You will see from historic postings that a few of us have been talking about the possibility of todays trading for some time. The company had an excellent trading history as Ekay and upon reverse takeover of WFCA the management appeared to lose the plot and some key clients. However something has been brewing for some time now even though every set of announcement seems to be doom and gloom. IMHO I believe that a major acquisition is on the cards and someone has let the cat out of the bag. It may or may not be announced at the same time as the interims. You have all pointed out that Bob Morton did a placing at 1p last year. He has also done two others at 2p and 6p. Mortons track record suggests that he doesnt often lose money except on msq. Again im my opinion anyone buying south of 1.5p will make good money. Good luck all

Just looking at todays activity. 1.4 million of the sells were actually buys. I commented on this the other day. Once again roll on tomorrow!!!!
