In fact the Bank of Bob as he used to be known operate this same structure in all companies where they invest.I did some work with a company back in 2005 where a 12% interest rate was implemented.Problem with this one is if it was converted at the current SP only one person would benefit and that is Morton.He could almost take the company private and do a trade sale with a clean balance sheet. Just my pessimistic thoughts The positive tells me they are re negotiating The neutral in me is asking over what period of time does the loan have to be re-paid?

I think Ptcm are trying to be clever and dripping news to the market Last week it was the Morton family A contract win has to make a material difference to the financial running of a business and that is why they have announced. Just looking at currencies this morning and despite many talking down Brexit I do feel that PTCM will be a major beneficiary simply due to exchange rates £800,000 straight to the bottom line is major Not sure if the trading update will reflect this. A mixed bag in results These exceptional items are happening too often and blurring other good work I don't like the excuse about the Referendum either However Revenue is good,clients numbers are exceptional and all in all its the best set of results we've seen to date Low SP due to long term nerves This will climb over the next couple of weeks imo
