HL is showing a closing price of £8.20p, reckon it’s heading north tomorrow.

Have they appointed UBS because of a possible takeover? Thoughts!

Is there any hope for those investors who purchased shares on or after 01/12/2008? Are they entitled to exercise their right to sell at 0.529? Or does this right only belong to shareholder on or before 28/11/2008?

Is the point i'm trying to make and therefore who would be interested in investing in this company.

Okay per the Offer Document Announcement 01/12/2008. This company will be delisted from the London stock exchange (AIM) on or around 19/12/2008, and will be trading under new company (YRMN) on the Pink Sheet exchange. I hold a nominee a/c and I cannot currently trade share outside of North America, Europe and UK.

Who in their right mind would be interested in investing in stock which will no longer be registraded within the UK , after the 19/12/2008. If the question is no one, then in my opinion there will never be a move north.......

Has anyone taken the time to fully checked-out the proposed offer documentation submitted by Yarraman? Yes, the sale of ADSL has been agreed at 0.529 pence per share and the new shares cannot be traded for 6 months. Which gray is one place above red and red = bad. Current shareholders have until 19/12/2008, to confirm whether to sell or transfer, but new shareholders from the 01/12/2008 seems a little gray. Do they have the same rights as existing shareholders? How do they exercise their right to sell at 0.529 pence?
