Just looked at itm who are building what they sell 350 employees Ceres nearly 600 staff building nothing no wonder the SP tanking Phil needs to bite the pill and face reality or is he going to do more equity release to fund vanity?

Im not sure why i brought in here i guess you read the boards all the J V bull and think you are on to a winner. Only then you dig deeper and find multiple JVs with centrica etc and what come of it diddly squat. Hopefully a bounce of sorts will happen some paper JV with all bells and whistles may well get me my money back in the next 5 years.

I may well have to im a bit limited as want to stay inside isa limits. When you are down 30k a few hundred aint going to cut it. Im sure it will come good at some point. I guess same as most honest people on here lost faith and are we being led up the garden path whilst our hard earned is disappearing daily.

Yes im holding to but thats because im forced to as the losses are to much. If i am underwater here at 350p god knows how many are never going to see the blue we may not have that long to see it out. 24 years to make a profit that could be a fifty year hold.

Puts a large chunk of coins at 320p showing he knows nothing about timing and markets.

Does a q3 update basically says jv out of my hands hardly pushing it a long for the investor.

600 staff many of which are high paid floating around the world doing conference after conference. Any CEO would be trimming that fat down 600 R & D persons is a bit much in my books when you not making anything.

Hes been in post 10 years im not saying hes not clever but you got to be ruthless and driving the products you can get out the doors not just talking about the future projected income.

This has sank 80% in two years. I think its deeper this time around a lot of companies ditching the green agenda like Shell.

Phil has to go IMO if this JV is not signed this year for a CEO to remain in position overseeing a 80% drop in the sp is not exceptable. Only good news is we are not in debt and the low SP may mean Bosch and or Weichai take Ceres over.

My Answer is money someone wants it cheaper it always comes down to money.

If you are not invested i would wait a lot of unknowns here.

We joined the ftse 250 to attract investment thus far not happened as the sp continues to drift

Q3 update given lead ballon status the sp started to free fall in a week prior to update something leaked at a guess regarding JVs

The CEO invested a hefty chunk at 320p further depressing the SP

Our strengths- A full trophy cabinet , more collaborations than Diana Ross, many JVs over the years and plenty of awards.

Our weakness - Huge cash burn, 600 staff on R & D, Low income, high project costs, and a JV thats becoming a lead weight.

I thought i had done my homework on this share but in all honesty i get the feeling its going to be a long haul to get my investment back at 350p . Many will say its a long term hold but 20 years have passed and Ceres is valued less than it started.

Personally i am looking 400p maybe 450p looking at the charts it never spikes higher than its last one which was about 500p earlier this year. Im expecting the next spike to be 400p and then drop back to this range.

Unless some JV news does push it up higher late 2024. Hold imo.

So Ceres has been trading nearly 20 years are we saying 30 years till profit and dividends?

I agree you stand a chance with penny stocks . Vod shares are worth a gamble as they are cheap and still paying a divi if you looking to trade a little.

It is a pure gamble to sell then try and buy back in cheaper unless you hold a lot of shares it is very hard to do. Most of the people on here will say the same we have all lost many times but do get a win now and again.

Looks like a few genuine buys going on in small volume today hopefully will lift the FTSE 250 dog up a little as it is costing a packet to maintain. Nearly 5k a week since purchase .....Ouch.

Lets see where we end up today 182p i guess. The Bots are driving this down no genuine trades going on just auto sales and buys even at that this price no one is interested. Im sure at the next quarterly review Ceres will kicked off the ftse250. At least on the aim you can trade your way out as you have no stamp duty to pay hindering purchases.

I think you maybe right. By the time any positives come from Ceres the s/p will be under a pound at this rate. The green balloon has burst we are in need of a quick repair.

Can you explain the just a matter of time comment as with regards to what?

Not invested here but regarding Ammonia i am sure we only have 1 place in the uk that produces Ammonia liquid and that is due to shut and all Ammonia will be imported to the UK from Europe.

How can the board react? With what news? Cracking ammonia? Selling in the USA? Does not make a difference bottom line is little coming in lots going out with nothing concrete till 2024.
