Just a note of caution with Ceres the CEO is a snake oil salesman much of his previous statements have fell flat the entry to the 250 being the worst of them and the Wiechai Bosch deal played it dumb knowing it was dead way before the update and never offering up why the boards decisions to date have failed to bring any value for the investors.

Look at the latest share chat menu 95% of the shares talked about are hope story stocks all based on what ifs one day boom and the next day bust then rinse repeat. All are ramped to the hilt slamming anyone who talks the facts.

The max you should be investing is 3% of your portfolio here if based on a 100k portfolio.

Say £3000 for arguments sake when the fundamentals change example profit and further growth then add if you get 20% increase in the sp based on fundamentals improvement not news or stories or anyone ramping here. You wont lose any sleep if the Sp drops 10% or 20% by starting small and you will still be able to make money if Ceres does what posters here seem to be banking on. "its best to get to a good party late rather than a crap party early"

Take it from me being down on Ceres 70k in 3 years is not a good place to be, i was taken in by the hype and promoted by well written posts by Savvy and Alan T a few years back both of which were wrong and on further investigation i found Savvy was invested in Super dry which says it all really.

Hopefully you will take heed of this advice but as always do you own research focus on what you are risking not what the rewards could be, Something i failed to do

Facts are facts until you can come up with a defence not based on stories of what might be or could have been, then there is only 1 person that would be deemed as the village nutter. A balanced approach to investing may not bring huge riches but will reduce the huge losses which are almost guaranteed investing in story stocks.

Cash in the bank - yes

Partnerships - yes

Awards - yes

Profit - No

Dividend - No

No presence in EU or USA

No recurring income from partnerships.

No indication of the scale of products required to prove viability.

Cash burn massive

Employees on pay roll huge numbers for a none production company

Board all earning huge sums and getting bonuses on limited success.

A much shorted stock with huge amount of investors either waiting to get out due to losses or making a return if they brought at the lows

Will Ceres multi bag unlikely so many other stocks with better fundamentals and future returns in the short term 1-2 years Ceres may come good in the next 5 years so why invest now be sensible to wait till fundamentals change = income /profit/ growth ….. not the story or past inflated highs, invest your hard earned in risk of losing money not chasing rewards.

Im going to purchase 2 bit coins on coin base then float as a treasury will you all buy in please i should raise at least 7 times what i paid, then i can pay myself a small fortune whilst my crap company does nothing. Just another chapter in the story. The last part of RNS sales maybe at the end of 2025 meaning thus far not sold a thing. Earnings for 2025 will be flat so this maybe a flash in the pan.

I 100% blame myself going in big then bigger and even bigger chasing the story backed by the Board how could it go wrong at 350p... it did massively the deeper you in the harder it is to get out.

My story is replicated a zillion times always going in big on one stock chasing the story thinking rewards, the truth is they do not come along for every 1 win investors will have many losses.

I have had to do some home work this starts with the metrics and invest small if the trend is upwards add not adding to recoup losses on a falling knife.

I get Neil H and others dont like the facts and think Ceres, ITM and AFC all going to come home carring big sacks of cash. They forget the like of Alan Thomas, Savvy Investor and a few others conducted the ramp from 1500p+ all the way down contributing to investors like me believing the story 4 years ago. Ive said before when the numbers stack invest here yes you may not get in at sub 100p but if the company is as good as some on here promote getting in at 200p will be cheap and far less risk.

Neil H is a gambler look at his posts Boo,ITM, AFC, Ceres and probabley Superday all i can say there no profit in any of those stocks infact no anything just stories hoping for that multibagger no doubt just shows his mind set.

Been here 3 years = 70k will it back not a chance here. The stock is a story, one in every hundered story stocks come good. The board is happy to take the money promise the next big deal is coming while no value given to the share holders just another raise if the money runs dry which it will.

However look at the metrics of the company Ceres in this case.

Profit - Zero

Revenue - less than costs

Growth - Unknown even projected is 7% year on year not exactly a high flyer.

Debt - Zero but burning 50 million per annum not manufacturing anything but has more staff than ITM and a huge board all drawing big salaries.

Why call someone a shorter or reference sexuality maybe you have issues with women are you beating your wife have the children stopped talking to you?

I re posted 17.4 % and it makes zero difference bosch are selling nearly a 1/4 of what they paid a sure sign of confidence in Ceres.

Please post the positive revenue /profit / value/ pe/ growth....you cannot its lke trying to find profit at Boo its never going to happen. You didnt hold superdry by any chance the brainwashed loved that 90s share too.
