With reference to your comments, although this organisation has premier sites, apparently during the last trading period, to many favourites have won and therefore their profitability has suffered. They have now decided to open only their Irish site during the premier meetings, and they are now concentrating on on-line gaming. The reason for the share price fall is simply because their asset value has decreased due to the proposed sale of the English sites at a reduced amount. However the amount they received will be invested into on-line gambling, and I understand they are making considerable progress at the time of my posting. I hope this information is helpful.

Further to my posting of the 1st November 2006, the latest report from the company is most encouraging. The share price raised by 11.25p during last week and the dividend will be held representing a yield of 8% being one of the stock markets highest returns. For anyone looking for income rather than capital growth, I can only reiterate my recommendation strong buy.

So disappointed today to see this share falling when the following positive news has been posted. Interactive Systems Worldwide, through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Global Interactive Gaming Limited has launched an enhanced in-run live betting product with Sportingbet Plc, the online sports betting and gaming group. GIG is providing software and services to allow Sportingbet to offer timely, play-by-play betting throughout the course of a sporting event. The betting markets, which are integrated and offered alongside Sportingbet's existing offerings, are deployed across Sportingbet's websites throughout Europe. Further positive news is the fact that the Spanish Government has decided to follow the UK's and Italy's lead in regulating and licensing on line gambling companies, and a host of companies are expected to rush into Spain. It is anticipated that Ladbrookes, William Hill, Party Gaming and Sportingbet will apply for licenses in the now regulated Spannish market.

I can only confirm my comments made in January of this year. This is a first class company whose share price is steadily growing and for the yield seekers is still paying 8%.

Pleasing to note that this company is again possibly subject to an offer bid. The shares are up 6.5p following the announcement 35 minutes before the close of the market.

Trading statement today. Operating profit up 400% after tax. Gross profit up 75%. Cash balances up 90% from 2.8 million to 5.2 million. No customers in the USA. 95% of cutomers are UK based. Intention to accelerate media advertising. Nice to hae a very positive report from this sector.

EOL have no borrowings and are cash rich due to there recent litigation action against partygaming. They must now be in one of the strongest positions in the online gaming sector to make aquisitions at the lowest possible price due to the possible forthcoming ban by the USA, but in saying this all investors should take into consideration that President Bush has not signed the necessary documentation and I feel there is a possibility that he may not sign due to both the political and financial aspect. Online gambling is here to stay and I have no doubt that the directors of all the top online gambling companies are working hard to offset this shock on monday and I should not be suprised if litigation is forthcoming.

UBT have clarified the fact that they have no connection with the USA and will not accept any bets or registration from the USA. This company has prime sites on all the major racecourses both in Ireland and the UK. They have risen 50% this morning and are a possible target by way of a takeover for any large company looking to acquire prime sites at a very low share price.

This company draw none of there gambling income from the USA. They could be an extremely good long term investment and a possible take over target. They have risen 38% today, definetely worth a consideration

UBT. Following my comments of the 7th and 11th February, more good news today, only positive news ever seems to be forthcoming. I have complete faith that these will succeed.

Metalrax. Further to my posting of the 14th December 05 and the 10th January 2006, it is pleasing to note that as anticipated, due to the confidence of the company a yield of 7.9% is being paid, being 3.75 pence per share. This is a first class company and anyone looking for a good yield this has to be one of the best companies on the market. In the last three weeks I read with horror someone who stated they had invested in Victoria Oil and Gas and Empyrean Energy and was treating these investments as their future pension. I would strongly suggest that they read the current financial situation of these companies. Both could double or drop 75% overnight. I am pleased I have recommended metalrax in the past as a strong buy and I trust that some of the contributors to this site will look at metalrax as a strong long term investment.

Regal Petroleum have today had the third appeal by CNGG dismissed. The shares have already jumped substantially in the last hour. The announcement came through at 14.40 p.m. Institutions hold large portfolios in this company. I feel this is good news for all concerned.

Ubet2win - have had a successful January after their recent entry into the Poker scene. Due to the fact that they propose to enter other fields of gambling on line during this year and repeating myself, have superb sites at all the racecourses in England and Ireland. Given time to recover from their initial cost in setting up these operations and the fact that they are cash strong at this present time, anyone who has a fairly high risk attitude to investment should consider purchasing these as part of their portfolio.

Partygaming seem near to a litigation settlement. I am personally amazed that any settlement has been offered. However compromise is the order of the day. I feel that the one billion dollar lawsuit is optimistic to say the least. It now looks possible that a settlement may be brought about by way of Partygaming purchasing the skin operation. It is amazing to note that the price of Empire on Line has now overtaken Partygaming. I feel with positive results due on Tuesday week, and an early settlement of the litigation, these shares will move forward. Partygamings business is growing from strength to strength and on-line gambling is here to stay. Partygamings intention of bringing in other games and the fact that they are currently widening their operations by way of Black Jack etc, makes these shares an attractive buy.

ubet2win. I note today that the comments made by various contributors to this site have been completely non constructive. I refer you to my comments made on the 16th January concerning the prime sites that this particular company have and the fact that they are now on line with a poker web site. I feel that this particular web site has given us the opportunity to make constructive and business like comments in order for us to make an informed decision.

Partygaming as we all know fell to 71p on the 10th October. In my report following their collapse I asked everyone to be careful not to compare them with the last boom and bust situation, as this is a profitable company, and I welcome their report at the end of this month. I have stayed with them with no regrets. I still rate them a buy at this time and I think after their first annual report aquisition will be a priority.

FGO have risen over 25% in the last week. They have recognised the current retail problems i.e. customer spending and are now proposing to cut back on store opening for 2006. I believe they are a positive company who takes positive action. They do not keep prisoners. If the branch does not perform they do something about it. They now have a large central warehouse and are cutting overheads. They have a gross profit of 50% and are looking at other products.

Ubet2win share price is today up over 45%. On studying Fridays report as GedW states there is some positives and it is pleasing to note that there on line poker site can now be assessed. They will shortly be launching there casino and on line sports betting sites, and please remember they have prime locations at all the racecourses in England and Ireland. I recommended these last year and I still stick with my recommendation.
