I think the RNS has been delayed, because the dividend is going to be increased to celebrate the deep "success", and they are having a friendly family argument about how large it should be and in which month it should occur.
Greetings from Valencia Smarty. Don't go on "holidays". Just keep travelling.
We humans have a cognitive bias about the significance of whole numbers. We don't get excited about 5.97p being busted, but somehow 6p is more important and then we have to wait until we reach 7p before getting excited again.
The important thing is that it is gradually and inexorably rising - until it goes ping of course
Some absolutely fantastic ramping going on this evening, and all entirely believable. That is why we are all here - not because we know it is true, but because we really don't know it isn't.
I am convinced this is a multibagger, but it could just be a megabagger.
I think it likely that CASP will plateau or rise slightly tomorrow. 150 shares were bought for 6p today, but perhaps another RNS will be necessary to break through that barrier.
Badge, I'm with you on holding. This has got a long way still to go. Not so much a multibagger, more of a megabagger.
If today's flow continues, I think a 25% increase in monthly dividend should result. I based my 6p to 7p estimate for today on this estimate.
It is possible to be much more optimistic than this, and I am certainly in this camp myself, but the market may still be a little cautious towards CASP
So to summarise, Somm, CASP is worth somewhere between 21p and 102p, or somewhere between 4 times and 18 times its current sp.
If anyone out there is considering selling this share, could they please explain to me what their reasoning is?
Failure in the deeps has indeed caused the sp to fall sharply in the past, but only when the sp was considerably higher than this, pumped up by a false hope. What would cause the sp to fall this time would be problems with horizontal drills in the shallows, but this seems very unlikely to me.
A lot of the buys look like dividend buys to me. Smallish and neither round numbers in shares or pounds. We still need to get the word out to more newcomers which will probably come with the next ops release.
