@myipa i get that , i seriously doubt the first offer was that good anyway. anyone can make a offer does not mean it will come to fruition. imagine a few are interested in han**** but they will be well aware of ufos position . what happens if we run out of cash and any raise does not get taken up next time or the time after ? and the bod comes to share holders we have to sell han**** for £x its the only offer or go under ?

@openthebox its spin,they had a firm offer on table supposedly @ They have one JV offer now put it on back burner. Why it fell trough ? Was not feasible or not very good ? They may well have offers of JV and to buy does not mean they are good for share holders.That RNS was put out in the hope it would steady /rise the SP for yet another placing imo. We will soon see what really is going off.

Was expected if the JV never cane in 3rd Qtr . Problem is now lack of faith in anything the BOD says.

@ Bfdinvestor well they put the reported JV on hold ? Suppose we have to take their word it still existed ? Said a while ago a buyout of project was odds on and the nay sayers response ? Writing is on the wall there is a reason majority of retail investors loose money. It is my opinion and i will stick with it the BOD are playing shareholders for fools

You can put money the JV will be mediocre at best .I am quite sure any potential partner will know were on the ropes and they have all the chips

@Tarquin 34 . Mates you woner how many investors who bought in at 1.20 and above are still here ? How many times those still in averaged down to false bottom calls. I got in at 1.00 but i was not tempted to average down to soon. Never touched it till .20 as Mrs constantly reminds me should of got out at .32 in a small profit for a £70k investment. Even if JV comes in on time there will be some churn ,some of these expectations will take a beating imo. Clocks ticking and i hope any JV is better than last effort GLA

I recall max calling bottom many times and failed. Imagine plenty have said enough is enough and stopped averaging down. Down here one thing for sure not much further to go.GLA
