"the buying has started"
its down and has been all day. I know trump has a lot to answe for, but even he would't try that amount of fake news.
guilt is a word that has been taken to mean a specific thing in criminal cases.
But if there are found to have infringed, they would be guilty of it in the proper and general use of the word in the English language which is "culpable of or responsible for a specified wrongdoing"
CalderKate on Friday -"I don't attack posters on here "
Calederkate on Monday "I was calling you scum and a turd"
Calder "lets start a completely unfounded rumour with zero substance" kate seems to be a on role.
For the record, I was on the grassy knoll in dallas at the time.
I wasn't even on this thread and haven't remarked about the cash position in weeks ! but hey don't let the facts get in the way of a good moan.
"talk down anyone who tries to attack this great company"
It only takes those 10 words from calderkate to sum up the ethos:-
1) It turned out to be far far FAR from being a great company, you were wrong
2) If anyone told you there were fundamental issues (i.e. no sales) that were not being addressed, you considered it an "attack"
3) You wanted such people to be "talked down"
ODX has a horrendous record over the last 24 months when it has come to producing meaningful sales.
the DAM "contract" never resulted in a single product being used in the UK, as they were never legal to be used in the UK.
The decision to set up lab facilities to do covid testing, and that one contract they signed that had no minimum usage in the contract, resulted in both the contract and the lab facility folded without ever being paid for a single testing service.
Best not to talk about gov contracts
ODX sales "team" has been a disaster , so unless they have added someone to the payroll that can actually sell stuff, the historic evidence is that contracts that produce sales are going to be hard to come by.
"....I have been attacked or the investment /company I was invested in"
So whatever you do, don't criticise a share that Kate hold, otherwise she will attack you. I was among the first and continued to called out the complete lack of meaningful production of covid test all while many were talking about massive stock piles, 2M a week by April 2021, NDAs and getting £20 a test.
They got out of covid without so much as selling a handful of tests. They've sold up the majority of their manufacturing "capacity" (whether that capacity was vaporware, we'll never know), the SP is 3p to sell as I type this. But I was "scum" and "turd" for having the audacity to apparently "attack" a share that kate held by stating facts that she didn't like.

All directed at me. Now its likely that in Calder "never knowingly express an opinion on ODX" kate's world, a year is another lifetime ago. Like one of those people that go off on a rant&bender, and then come back sometime later and pretend it never happened. A bit of a Liz Truss in forgetting her previous statements.
Luckily LSE forum never forgets.
is this the LSE ODX forum, or have a wandered into some whatsapp group chat ?
I felt that was on the 'better' side of possible CD4 sale RNSs. The definition of "success" of the trial is unknown, however there must be grounds for optimism as the test is already widely deployed. The "up to £4M" is an interesting phrase, unclear whether that means there is a sliding scale based on the level of "success" of the trials, or whether that simply relates to an as yet uncalculated amount for "for the intellectual property, which includes capitalised research and development expenditure", or whether that is still pending negotiation.
For ODX to receive the full £1M in royalties by the end of 2026, requires gross sales of £25M (assuming the royalty is based on the selling price).
The 300K a month loss for CD4 since March this year explains why ODX needed to get rid of this business.
So overall, especially given it's recent RNS past, that's as good as any remaining holders could have asked for. Those that still hold must be a little disappointed by the lack of SP response thus far.
"They are the rampers sent here by Jag & co to 'sucker' new investors into this steaming pile of mess."
ODX has known history in using a "useful idiot" to push rampy stuff, as this forum well knows.
"Twatch- About £75,000 interest then.
Does that mean you've bought some shares here?"
What the because I stated a fact that you liked....hardly.
There should be interest on that, yes I know that ABDX did not have the money from GOV, but that is not ODX's concern, the contract was between ABDX and ODX, and ABDX is 18 months late in paying for goods that were supplied on time at an agreed price.
"As previously indicated the Board believes the CD4 Business will be more successful under new ownership"
LOL, quite a board, "we are sh*te, surely anyone else can't be as sh*te as us".
"signed Heads of Terms"
As I recall that is the same status that was used to announce the deal with DAM, there was never an announcement that it changed to an actual contract.
"Bank of Scotland has agreed to extend the existing overdraft facility of GBP2.0 million by an additional three months, to 30 September 2022"
When the bank only sees fit to give an overdraft facility for 90 days, and you can be sure they have looked at all the figures, it strongly suggests they are not confident of an ongoing business beyond the absolute immediate future.
"They sold the Alva site that did the covid work so won’t be doing anything else for abdx"
Indeed, but that was already dialed in. There was no certainty that gov would pay up ABDX for the order, even though on the face of it, ABDX did nothing wrong, and UK GOV took delivery of the goods.
So it's an extra income for ODX that could not be previously dialed in.
ODX never revealed how much they were owned by ABDX. As recall from the dim and distant past when the RTC antibody tests were going to sell in the billions, CK said they were providing the most important parts of the kits, but they were being finished/package by others. ODX supplied 250K to ABDX.
A guess of about £1M might not be far wrong. The useful thing as far as ODX is concerned is that their contract was with ABDX, not UKGOV, so ODX was not paying legal fees.
Its a useful income for ODX, and the shell suit crew have money coming in that they played zero part in acquiring.
"Absurd to why you 3 are posting irrelevant posts. Is overdraft being used, I'd guess no, so give it a rest please. Why don't you wait and find out instead of posting this and that to benefit yourselves."
If only I could learn to post relevant posts like the above :)
So now that the last gasp desperate fundraise has turned out to be an abject failure for those that took up the open offer (i.e. can buy cheaper now), where next will ODX get money ?
Is there any truth that ODX have just signed a major contract....any truth that its Gareth Bale ?
