I wouldn’t read much into that. Schwab sent out letters stating new cusip numbers for falcon shares. Should be TBN shares in acct soon. You wouldn’t think it would take this long in today’s world. But, here we are.

Merloid I agree. One of the problems we encountered repeatedly with Falcon was lack of money. We never had the money to negotiate from a position of strength. This raise sends a message that TBN has backing and can start getting aggressive while this opportunity exists. As always, my initial irritation with a raise turns into agreement with company on doing the right thing. This will be an exciting time for Beetleloo area. I made more money in Bakken investing in a bank over there than in any oil or gas investment. The amount of infrastructure that needs to be laid will create new opportunities for restaurants, bars, gas stations, medical centers and grocery stores, along with housing and motels. Exciting time to be an investor down there. Let’s all get a piece of the pie!

The curse started with Bruner. I wouldn’t buy because he was giving shares away as fast as he could buy ink. BoD members constantly were handed shares for basically doing nothing. It didn’t become investable, imo, until that loser was pushed out. POQ did little to restore my faith but I started to believe in the beetleloo. Having watched some guys I worked with when I was a broker become millionaires off the Bakken leads me to think the same can happen in the Beetleloo. Time will tell if the area can overcome the people.

Well, bag holders in the short term. I think I’ve gone thru three PPs by GoGold always when stock was going up, raises always below market, always ticked me off, and always went higher after. I wasn’t planning to sell FO/TBN tomorrow or next week so what difference does it make? We are at the very beginning of the beetleloo story. They need money to drill. Maybe it helps in negotiating farm ins. But, being in the first inning, which has been over a decade for me, so maybe a rain delay involved, but nevertheless, early in the game, I’m not going to get too upset if they raise some money. I want all the drilling and proving up they can do. The Middle East mess has given us a big bargaining chip so expedite what you can. Asia is not going to want to pay to get gas thru the Straight. Gas fields have been destroyed so let’s try to take advantage of that while we can. Government of Australia should be prioritizing the gas lines and infrastructure. They are in the right spot at the right time. We are too.

Ridley, they spread things out after market. Falcon still trading with buffer because market doesn’t know where tbn will be come merger day. Kmart blue light special.

I googled “is there anything happening in the Karoo Basin in South Africa regarding energy” and got some interesting results. Seems as though they are auctioning off some blocks previously owned by Shell along with other blocks. Wouldn’t be surprised if the ones falcon has aren’t worth something down the line. Of course, I imagine they will be Tamboran assets but I hope to be along for the ride.

It doesn’t seem to make sense. First it says you lose opportunity then says you can buy off market. No need because we are getting shares. And we can always buy shares on the market. Third seems to be a synopsis of the first two wrong statements. I might skip that AI if I were you.

New offering does explain falcon not going up to a price commensurate with TBN price. I bet the “smart money”, aka, buddies made a killing shorting tbn and falcon. Sheffields are unscrupulous snakes, I’ll give them that.

Newt, yes, that is what I meant. So I am staying till bitter end to get my falcon converted into tbn. If you sell day before closing you get cash.

Chip, you can vote against it but I’m sure they have proxy’s picking up cheap Falcon shares as we speak, which will be voted for the deal. You can hold on till last day, which would allow you to get the closest price to the deals. Of course, if tbn goes down we would follow. However, we have a number of catalysts that I would hope would pop us higher. If you sell day before closing you will get cash in your acct just like normal. After that date, tbn shares, which keeps you in the game in the beetleloo, for better or worse. I’m staying, and in fact buying.

When I was a broker my firm was behind a casino company out east. Brokers were all telling me about big news coming and the stock going from $6 to $8 off the news. They had warrants in the money at a little over a dollar. So I bought a crapload for clients thinking if it does as expected, I triple my money, the other guys make 33%. After telling a couple guys what I was doing they still chose to buy the common. News had the affect it was supposed to. I tripled, they took 33%. The very same opportunity came up a while later. You know what those guys did? They bought the common, I bought the warrants and same results. I guess moral of the story is you can’t help people that don’t want it. And, maybe being the only one to see the light isn’t a bad thing. Hope the light isn’t a train coming at me. Thoughts?

TBN closed at 28.41. Multiply by .00687 you get .195. Is that not correct. Now I went thru the CMBT buy of GOGL that gave me a huge opportunity to buy GOGL at a 30% discount, which I did. Made easy money since it was a sure done deal. Granted a few complications here maybe but is no one buying falcon at these prices besides me? When I’m the only one seeing something it makes me nervous, thus am I missing something?

And, yes, I realize bad things could happen with results, but that would have taken us down too anyway. So, assuming good results, why isn’t anyone talking about buying .05 or 30% below intrinsic value now?

Merloid, I agree. I just got done with cmbt buying out a competitor. I made as much money buying more of the stock and watching it slowly catch up to cmbt’s conversion rate. If tbn goes up we go up. So maybe we get some good flow rates and see better price.

Tnbird, I’m with you. What would the price have been if numbnuts and the board waited till March of 2026. More wells giving better clarity and probably a double of this price if it wasn’t going there sooner. Those board members should be ashamed of themselves. Of course, the writing was on the wall all along. None bought shares in the open market but gobbled up free shares. Considering the price of falcon these past years all those board members including that conman PoG should have been buying. Anyone know what Kip had to say? Probably just a big thank you to the first conman here Bruner. In spite of this deal, I still intend to vote no but keep tbn stock and try to get a real return over my 15-20 year “investment “.

Yes. I’d be happy to get .75 or so the BoD is really getting. Those stooges didn’t sit with falcon for 20 years to earn a few penny’s. IMO, there was a nice payout to the board members that did nothing for us for decades, and now we get the shaft and they get the gold. I hope karma delivers a very low blow to each and every one of them.

You can bet BOD got something under the table, imo. PoG knew this was final answer from the get go. Stock was going higher, earlier than they expected and the move had to be made. I was on the fence about staying in beetleloo arena but decision made for me. Will vote no but not sell because future is still very bright. But, what a poor deal for us long timers. Bruner arrange this kick to the falcon holders crotch?

Exactly. I tried to explain gap and crap, but some must not have understood. By end of week if stock isn’t up then this will be a fail. But, anyone that truly understands the early stages of drilling and proving up a new area will see that the ducks are lining up. If you don’t have patience then you might as well move on. My guess is we will have a new trading range a few Pennies higher. We need more good wells. Patience.
