No, that isn't what I said. I said if a ICE car has already been manufactured and works, it is better to run that until the end of its life than to scrap it and buy a new BEV. All the metal, glass, rubber, plastic and other materials have a hugely higher footprint than the fuel and I stand by that. When my current ICE engine in my daily vehicle fails, I would replace it with an electric alternative if one is available, but I would like that to be an HFCEV, not a BEV.
However, once again, you spoil what could be an interesting and well mannered debate by calling me a moron, so I've reported that post too. Sadly this whole thread will soon be lost for that reason. Perhaps that is your aim.
