I hope no serious investor is buying all this ramping rubbish. Chances are Trevor will sell and convert another 11 million shares quite quickly. Don't panic buy I am not a buyer today ( not often I say that!). This looks to being ramped so shorts can enter again so if you have a holding already do just that hold All IMHO as always.

The real danger is has Trevor squirrelled away enough millions to make an offer for the entire business, that would be a kick in the gonads!

No buy quotes on IG and I can get a quote for my entire holding, try yourself the MM's know what's happening very soon.

Once these are cleared you can bet your boots this is going places, stop moaning and start filling them boots at a great price... that's not a ramp just an obvious observation.

So when should he convert the loans HE gave the business, if he had done it pre the great RNS 's holders would have went mad. He has done it now at a fairly reasonable SP price if he does it after the sales figures really get us motoring and contracts coming thick and fast you would be extra moaning. Get the decks cleared and let's enjoy 2021 all together with no CLN's a d Trevor holding 30%. No other large holders have sold so I can only suppose they have agreed to this strategy and it makes perfect sense to me.

Yip agreed 10-11p should be back soon enough IMO too.

Fair does at least you're honest. Personally it makes no difference to me as I have a completely different strategy that serves me very well a few times a year. I like to see all us little guys make money so actually hope you make a little profit here and I think you chose very well to come and look now so best of luck.

rumbled I have just been ignoring him/her if he was so clever he would have an average very low like most long term holders here who spotted the opportunity before he even became aware of the company and it's potential. Just another wannabe investor with short term trading goals, he will learn one day when he has experience and a few more losses under his belt. I think twice or three times yesterday he changed his first buy in point.

A lot of emotions yesterday which is understandable but not a great way to be when investing. As a long term holder I have been topping up under 11p as this is where I see value in the business for the information we have today. It seems Trevor has a similar valuation at 10p so he hasn't screwed anyone over he has sold shares at what I think is a realistic value for the company as we stand right now. If you have 100,000 shares at 20p or 100,000 shares at 10p it makes no odds really as you still have 100,000 shares in the business it's prospects and it's future. The only difference is you are not in paper profit or you are which can be frustrating if you're not but did you value the business wrong and is that Trevor's fault? I have taken some of his shares for a 5-8% mark up from where he sold but I'm not upset by that as I think it's fair value or close enough, patience as always is needed but there is nothing wrong with the string of RNS's we have had and are to have so if you're a shorter term investor who likes to trade yes you will be a little upset at not having the sell at profit option right now but IMO it will come soon enough just please don't go off on the chat board constantly and look at all the great news we have and the great potential news still to come short term. I did take out a couple of grand at 14.5p to cover Christmas so thank IQAI for that and I am still in paper profit with over a million shares here so my money is where my mouth is, I have no intention of selling any more until sales news in September and I do hope I don't have to as the numbers are what I expect.

Where do I start with that!
I expect a conversion RNS tomorrow, he doesn't have to convert the entire holding he has 16,666,666 and 2.500,000 he can still convert, today's sale being 5,166,667 so I suspect he will convert to leave one shy of 14 million remaining.
I have posted more than once not to expect sales news until end of first quarter next year even that will be a few weeks figures so I am expecting September for the real sales news that will prove the pudding.
The timing is fine if a little surprising, he is converting at nearly 100% SP gain and has held the CLN's for years he can't hold forever!
He has not taken the SP from 22p to 9p I am not going to even explain why, you know that is just irate accusations as you are under water here.
The company has great products and I see a very bright future here regardless of the muck being thrown today, yes it was earlier than I expected too but who knows the personal situation of Trevor's health e.g.
Short term news and long term hold in my opinion and as I have always said openly, come back in September and tell me I was wrong and if I am then that's the chance you take when investing.

It's a bit excitable here today. We knew about the loans and yes it's a surprise he's going to concert more so quickly but it's nothing illegal he is doing. The prospect of great sales from the great products is here and not changing. The guy is 72 give him a bit of leeway he knows he won't be around forever and maybe wants to make sure things are in place for children/ grandchildren e.t.c.
