As a result of the Acquisition, Reabold now has an effective economic interest in the Licence of 56 per cent, comprising a 39.66 per cent. indirect interest, via the Company's 59.48 per cent. interest in Rathlin, and a 16.665 per cent. direct interest in the Licence.

16 million won't go far in this licence area, it would be a same to see them go as they have done an excellent job with the drill bit. I think we would be selling all the Rathlin stake to a new drill operator and UJO and us keeping our direct interest in the future drills and licences.

Two or three interested parties, this won't be concluded until after the EWT so just the start of negotiations IMHO if true and it does make sense to release some of the costs for the future project after flow as not only us but Rathlin will struggle to raise funds.

My guess is a bigger partner to come in with further purchase options later, a special dividend for RBD share holders and a good share of ongoing activity for much reduced cost.
