You need to face it guys , this is finished. They talk about finding an opportunity but they have been looking for that opportunity for years and if they couldn't secure it as a listed company with cash there is little hope now. There’s less regulation outside of the major exchanges. Requirements, including communication standards are laxed so you wont here anything unless it was game changing. The company burned through millions while looking for "opportunities", Lawyers, due diligence etc all cost money and i suspect the company is burning up what little it had left at a similar rate now as it was before delisting. I see no reason why the BOD wouldn't be recouping their losses from the remaining funds now via expenses and renumeration etc. Eventually it will go into liquidation as basically it has nothing to offer without a listing , especially as far as management goes.... and no money.

I dont always want to be the cynical one Crisp but its hard not to be with this stock. I wonder what the daily expenses are now , presumably the BOD are still on full wage etc ?

I agree Crisp there is no disenable market on the JSE , volumes are tiny so it would be a waste of money trying to transfer. I always used Barclays and found them excellent.

MM, i think if we have learned anything over the last 15 years , They cant run a project to the benefit of the share holders so buying yet another doesnt make a lot of sense :-) Acquisitions, investments , funding and loses have followed a pattern here along with directors bonuses, incentives and renumerations.

Could a team of monkeys raise £8m and lose £6m ? and still think they deserve another chance....... and keep a straight face :-)

MM, your broker will still hold worthless certs for your holding. so for example if you held through Barclays your account or Isa etc should still show your holding. It may show your last holding price but you would probably find its not available to transfer to cash to withdraw ;-)

It would probably be for the best if the BOD just shut the company but i would expect any revenue from ~Denarius would simply be swallowed up in costs. That said its unlikely to happen all the while the BOD have worthless shares as well, they are their motive to find a project. You just have to hope they find a project before they run out of cash and also hope they are not still drawing their large renumeration still. If they are that may be how they are recouping their losses on their shares.

MM, how are you going to sell them even if you had an international account ? Best offer i can see is for max 4000 at 1p ? it would probably cost you around £10 per trade and the exchange prices rand/pound would be awful. ....and you can bet by the second trade the price would collapse. Last 3 trades were less than £10.00 each

I dont know but i suspect if the LSE shares were listed on the JSE you wouldn't get anything for them simply because listing doesnt mean there is a buyer. Your best bet would be to sit it out here and see if anything comes of the progress mentioned by Crisp as you may find it worth more than the JSE SP and if it was a good deal you may be at an advantage already owning your shares at the last SP on the LSE.

So what happens now to you all ? Are you now a private ltd company that owns shares in Denarius ? if so your shares must have a value and you could trade between yourselves based on the Denarius value. Surely EUZ should now issue a financial statement detailing the exact financial position, debts/credits/cash/assets and so on. Although they have returned 1p to holders you must also know what the didnt return so to speak .There must be issues like the interest free loan they got at Toral from the development council ? or was that passed on with the sale of Toral ?

At the moment i feel the company owes you all an explanation regarding the money spent on the Irish deal that flopped and the latest deal that also flopped. Surely just winding up does not make you unaccountable.

Oh well bad luck chaps , some of you i feel really sorry for, others i couldn't give a fig :-) but if you were honest with yourselves , this wasnt unexpected given the companies history.

Some companies you can research the hell out of and spin it anyway you choose but others you just have to look at the BOD and that inevitably cancels out any favourable research. As i have said a 100 times. You can be the best geologist or project manager in the world but that doesnt make you capable of running a company . Now you know why they suddenly wanted to give you 1p back 3/4 of the way through negotiations and didnt wait till they knew the lay of the land........or maybe they already did :-)

it doesnt mean i am not very interested to see what's going on and how the story plays out.....if you dont mind ? I would be very surprised if the BOD have gone ahead with the expense of handing back 1p if they though there might be another fraction of 1p to follow during the same process.

Its not clear MM without seeing the accounts if all creditors have been settled , the ongoing cost of the RTO going forward if its succeeds or fails and what the winding down cost would then be but i would imagine its going to eat a lot of the remaining capital currently in Denarius. Of course you dont know what their cash position is or the ongoing expenses are so its always going to be a guess but i suspect that 1p per share was a final farewell from the company if no RTO.
