when do you need to have your share's by to quailify for the DIV?

my buy is showing as a sell. i can see other buys doing the same thing.weird

when do you need to be in to quailfy for the div and do you have a div date ps

46,028 buys .. 5,500 sells . and the share price drops 12.6%..anybody would think they were trying to go bust

it was dated the 25/27 feb..before the shares were taken off the market...still waiting for the LSE to sort out the prob

If Goldman values these shares at 29p then why are they still dropping?I understand they still need to clarify with the us,but wish they would get a move on..has anyone got any idea when that is?I have some shares in VER and im holding.
