Just had a chance to read through the RNS and can't see why anyone would get fudgy knickers over it, let alone sell out.

Anyone that's been following this for the last 12 months knows the direction of the company and what they are working to achieve. The whole court case is a sideshow, like going to the fair for a ride on the rollercoaster, and then concentrating on the candy floss stall. Very short sighted in my opinion.

A favourable court outcome and money in the pocket would be nice, but it really, really is secondary to what's currently cooking.

Now Story is exercising more warrants, does that mean that he would have to be noted as a significant shareholder if he holds these? 3% of share issue requires it being noted, which this is. And if he still has some of the previous warrant shares, he should definitely be over the limit for notification.

We suspected he forward sold the last lot, so assume it doesn't need notifiyng?
