The creditors made an illegal agreement with the prudent group of adani before September in CLEAR BREACH AND BEHIND MPL BACK most probably with backhanders.

Hence MPL has every right to get back their asset under their original agreement

They should on top file a damages claim against the creditors group for non bona fide behavior and breach of contract

I stated my case a long time ago now in May as soon as Adani made a settlement in the USA against his fraud charges.

If one analyzes with cold blood it's really this simple

First he sees the highest bid and then makes an improved offer with insider knowledge to ROB the asset from bona fide competitor.

Not only Mpl will keep hold of the asset but the creditors must be punished financially for their GANGSTERS BEHAVIOUR.

In my view their punishment should be a further discount to what MPL agreed to pay.

Now how much you may say? At least 2 times the difference between ADANI'S bid for the debt and MPL's already accepted amount.

If this happens as it should morally as well as legally 20p will be overshot !!!
