$50m subcontract through which Sinosteel provides CJSC Terskaya Mining Company (TGK), a Eurasia's subsidiary developing the Monchetundra project, with the start-up financing. The first payments comprising $26.5m from the $50m subcontract will allow Eurasia to finance its obligations under the EPCF contract with Sinosteel without shareholder dilution and make the Monchetundra project self-financed.
Sinosteel's contract is based on a 2 year due diligence and evaluation of the Monchetundra project. The principal terms of the financing are:
· The contract value totals US$176,000,000 with the loan covering 85% of the contract value.
· Within the contract, a subcontract for $50,000,000 million is assigned to TGK to cover all preparatory engineering and pre-strip works on the two open pit deposits. TGK expects that this subcontract will be sufficient to meet the 15% equity contribution required for the project.
· Sinosteel will be responsible for the debt finance of $149,600,000 (i.e. 85% of the contract value) with the financing terms included in the EPC contract as a 10-year loan with early repayment permitted, at an indicative interest floating rate at 6 month LIBOR plus 3.5%.
· Sinosteel will carry the loan on its balance sheet with its rights and obligations under the financing and the loan will only be assigned to TGK following completion of the EPC contract, subject to key performance indicators to be achieved by the plant commissioned by Sinosteel.
· The contract is exclusive to Sinosteel for a period of ten years.
· The contract provides for a schedule of payments commencing within 36 months. This period is to allow for the obligatory steps within the Russian mine permitting system.
The contract is conditional on, amongst other things, the Company receiving all the necessary permits from the government and therefore at this stage there is no guarantee that the transaction will complete. Further updates will be provided in due course.
Christian Schaffalitzky Managing Director of Eurasia Mining said "We have always considered Monchetundra to be an attractive project and the recent expressions of interest, including the concept of an outright proposal to acquire the project, and the desire to secure an EPC contract in relation to Monchetundra, clearly demonstrates that our judgment was well founded.
This contract with one of the world largest EPC contractors provides the framework for the construction of a processing plant designed to treat ore from two open pits in the Monchetundra licence area. Meanwhile our other business continues to progress; at West Kytlim, deliveries to the refinery are continuing and payment amounts for the first batch of concentrate have been agreed, while at the Semenovsky gold project, our metallurgical testing program is nearing completion. We will provide separate updates on these projects in due course."

In early 2018, Venus Garden Holdings Limited Churakova acquired for $ 350,000 a 7% stake in Eurasia Kosvinsky Kamen, which owns the current West Kytlym field in the Sverdlovsk Region, the British company said. Its reserves are 20 tons of platinum and related metals - gold, palladium, iridium and rhodium; in 2018, 165 kg of platinum were mined at the deposit with a forecast production volume of up to 1 ton of metal per year. The same message said that in November 2017 Churakov bought a stake in Eurasia, but its size was not disclosed. “In fact, with this money (stocks and loans) in 2018, the company launched production in the Urals,” the source told RBC.

presentation from dmitry to potential investors
Junior Eurasia Mining Plc, which owns assets in Russia, reported that South African Lesego Platinum carried out due diligence of its two platinum deposits on the Kola Peninsula and the Urals. South African investors can buy a stake in junior subsidiaries or create a joint venture, but it’s too early to talk about any decisions. According to experts, licenses for these assets can cost $ 5–6 million, and about $ 200 million are needed for their development, with a surplus in the platinum market.

together the "Banks") have already started (even prior to signing their respective engagement letters) assisting the Company with strategic options for its current mining assets (the Company's Kola and Urals assets (the "Assets")), including assessing the proposals set out in the announcement on 15 September 2019.
If the Company was to dispose of both of its Assets, then AIM Rule 15 (Fundamental Changes of Business) would apply. Such a disposal would require shareholders' consent, an announcement which contains the information set out in Schedule Four to the AIM Rules; and be accompanied by a circular containing the details of the disposal and convening a general meeting to approve it.
Jez simply looks like its just pure honesty they state all possibly options, JV, partial acquisition or full disposal, i doubt it would be another JV due to the fact they have financing secured and in the last 5 years they have been working on moving away from the anglo JV and doing things themselves such as getting 100% margin recently, dont get me wrong a JV with a company the size of Lesego is still massive, a partial acquisition of the subsidiaries of the Company include Ural Alluvial Platinum Limited, ZAO Eurasia Mining Service, ZAO Kosvinsky Kamen, ZAO Terskaya Mining Company, ZAO Yuksporskaya Mining Company and Eurasia Mining (UK) Limited, would essentially be them buying 20-30% of WK or 20% of MT. in my view with 2 strategic advisers dmitry who is simply an investor he buys stakes in exploration companies takes them to production then sells them that looks to be the direction, its a 3.1 ratio in regards to a positive outcome 3 positives, JV, partial acquisition or full disposal vs the 1 negative of no deal

the SP has rise, consolidated and progressed in a 3 day pattern without any news, surely as Andrew Scott says "is this due to speculation of talks or have talks begun" that was october i think we can rule out speculation reservedly, take news as it comes is not a necessity in the short term but is in a way.
