A stock basher is someone who manipulates the market to cause a drop in asset prices.
Stock bashers disseminate misinformation in the hopes that investors will believe the false claims and sell their stock before the price drops.
These individuals often target low-priced companies that have little to no available information on the market and may have positions in assets whose prices fall.
Some bashers may act alone or in groups or they may work on behalf of other individuals.
Stock bashing is illegal and may be subject to fines and prosecution.
Fair play Mr Nash, looks like you finally got Gitfinger to agree that there were concessions from both sides. An evolving long-term agreement that gives AFC Energy access to a global market worth £billions. That's simply great business.
So now apparently Gitfinger has seen the contract between ABB and AFC and knows exactly what's in it!
Joker!
Or maybe just PRETENDS to know what's in it and how exactly it benefits both parties because he has an agenda?
Gitfinger thinks that repeating that someone else is wrong makes him right. Oh dear!
And I do know why AFC provided £2m of equity, is was part of an agreement to target the $billions market that ABB bring to the party. Gold dust.
But that doesn't suit his narative, so he lies.... Over and over....
And yet more lies from Daz to try and hide previous lies...
Not only do ABB not have the 200kW yet, because it's still under development, but ABB actually improved the payment schedule to give ABB the second £2m payment AHEAD of succcessful delivery.
ABB are do confident in AFC and the 200kW unit being successful, that they've paid in full upfront of completion!
Lies upon lies from Daz....
So you now admit you were wrong to say AFC had only invoiced £2m. Finally, an admission that you missunderstood.
You should next admit that you bashed AFC and AB using fasle information...
People can make their own minds up regarding if that was an 'honest mistake'.
You also agree that the Fuel Cell and the £2m equity have been provided in return for access to a globally established marketplace worth £billions via ABB.
It seems that now the only disagreement we have here is whether that is value for ACF...
Which anyone with an ounce of acumen can see that it absolutely is, it's gold dust to a fledgling company and will help them commercialise at lower risk and scale more quickly.
Gitfinger certainly seems mainly focused on just having arguments, regardless of facts!
Yes virtual 'pat on the back' M3aggiesdad, kudos for your commitment to continually exposing the bashers.
I can't come to any other conclusion either M3ggiesdad, the commercial deal and Market Agreement with ABB is clearly mutually beneficial and giving AFC cash in the bank quicker than originally agreed.
I think they've either become confused when it comes to the accounting; the £4m paid ahead of schedule by ABB and the deferred renevue, or they are trying to deliberately misslead people?
£4m paid in cash to AFC Energy from ABB in relation to the Sale and Development agreement.
£2m in equity provided to ABB as part of the Commercialisation and Market Agreement which gives AFC Energy access to an established global client base worth $billions.
It's really simple.
Yet again exposing your missunderstanding Daz....
£4m has been invoiced and paid into the business. Read the Annual Report, it clearly identifies the £4m from ABB as cash received.
Are you lying, or just incompetent?
Yet another halfwitted comment from Daz..
"So if I buy £4m in AFC shares do I get a free 200kW hydrogen fuel cell ?"
Well yes, if your offer includes a Commercialisation and Market Agreement with a successful global company which has an operational EBITDA of $4.5billion...
You continue to expose your lack of business accumen and limited understanding of AFC Energy and the partnership with ABB.
So what's the actuall cost of the 10 units...? What's the discount...? You have absolutely no idea. You're berating a deal you know nothing about! I wonder why....
If you don't understand how the ABB deal is mutually beneficial and a key part of AFC's commercialisation journey, you really shouldn't be let out on your own....
