Maybe another juicy interim DIV Feb 2023 ?

"..Shareholder Returns Policy
The Directors view Savannah as a high cashflow growth company and expect to re-invest the
majority of internally generated post-debt service cashflows in organic and in-organic growth
projects consistent with the Company’s corporate strategy. However, the Directors also recognise
the importance of paying a regular and growing dividend to Shareholders. Over the course of the
next 12 months, the Company expects to formalise and announce a dividend policy centred around
its underlying free cashflow generation, with the anticipation being that a minimum dividend of
US$10 million would be paid in H1 2023 in respect of full year 2022."

So base on today's cap of about 362 millions, the DIV (interim) would be about 2.7%... very +ve sign for investor..

Any chance SAVE will start to dish out their very first DIV next year ? I recall it did mentioned in one of their presentation in 2021, said potentially a total of 10millions for future DIV.. Is this for real ? or just a PR stunt for raising fund ..? (for buying some exxon asset in Africa)

Over reaction to the fighting in Baghdad ?

Hope those directors are still believing in the future of the company as they all have chipped in heavily during the last placing (Jan 2022)

Shell is not just an exploration (up-stream) company, but it also also operate in the refining (down-stream) sector, chemical sector, etc.. The business risk (hence the risk for the investors) is much more widely spread than GKP, hence shell would command much higher price ($/barrel) premium than GKP

I am also with Barclays, and wrapped in the ISA. Did Barclays say what would happen if Evraz were to payout future DIV while still NOT tradeable on LSE ? Would Barclays chase /handle the DIV on behalf of the smartinvestor/ISA clients ?

To be fair all of the directors have shored up some cash during the last two round placing/raising

Interesting to note that so far this news of partnership between eqtec and Wood, has not been "featured" on the Wood's website... (or maybe just Wood takes longer time to update their "latest news" for investor..?)

Same here, I held my ISA with Barclays Smart investor trading account, and Baclays told me they are NOT participate in this placing. I have a feeling that this is a very short-noticed placing for non-institute investor, hence under the lockingdown effect, the brokers don't have time to prepare to handle this short notice which will be closed by 11/may
