The upcoming deal is being done by MavDB Consulting, they are the group that did MET1, they are also involved in SATS which just changed from TAO. Both MAST and SATS I believe haven't even started to make their move.

This is the first and only main market listed treasury that has announced a significant raise for a bitcoin treasury that also has large name investors like Parafi involved in it. The name change makes the company more BTC focused with the correlation to the bitcoin orange color. I would imagine there are several announcements coming up, the writing is on the wall that this will be the leader. In addition I've confirmed that MAV DB, the group behind MET1 is also involved in some way.

I've heard from a credible source that MAV DB, the consulting company that did the MET1 deal, is also doing MAST and TAO. TAO was recently announced two financings to buy 100m of BTC. With MAV behind it, this could be bonkers!
