I see all the negative posters are out in force. all focusing on their agenda and totally ignoring this part.
Additionally, the DFI has expressed to our appointed intermediary its interest in potentially providing debt funding for the first 50,000tpa flake graphite project development at the Montepuez project in Mozambique.
what happens when funding is secured?
What proof do you have that they are mining more than is being officially sold and they are taking the rest for themselves? That is a very serious accusation to make.
Very little left at 5.5, 5.9 for 100k
Newbie here, Having read the last few rns I have taken a gamble and bought just over 115,000 today. I just cant see why there is so much negativity.
I get it that the sp has fallen, but this happens with hundreds of listed companies and shareholders on bb's get very peed off (understandably). I just think the current bod will have good news out before this meeting pakes place. It's a gamble.
Pure speculation on my part, any thoughts?
The 2 directors of Vale Consultancy have put in around £1m for tomco shares over the last few months. Tomco have said that the funders will likely take over Greenfield and leave tomco with some cash and a smaller stake in greenfield the project in Utah with no further funding required from tomco.
Vale Consultancy are structural engineers, one attended UNi in USA and obviously has contacts.
So...
1. Vale Consultancy organising the funding to take over greenfield?
2. Vale do an rto into Tomco? Giving them a UK listing and the USA project?
We then would have a shiny new company with the 2 directors as major shareholders?
Soulac, why? we are not drilling anything, we are building a new tar sands plant.
Our 2 largest shareholders now have almost 20%
Matt Jones - 537,033,065 - 13.76%
J Mathias - 223,162,222 - 5.72%

Both big holders in Tom. Both directors at Vale Consultancy (Structural Engineers).
Off he goes again ! 🤣😂, ART123, have a day off pal. You look silly.
Is 100% buying now. Fact. He has said so .
ART123, can you explain why your are so fixated here ? Negative Post after post after post. Give it up man. The sp is rising because of the blatantly obvious reason. There will be more good news soon as well to take it further.
"to sell up to 99,000,000 ordinary shares of the Company to EXT"
UP TO being the words to focus on, he can get whet he likes up to 0.5p, happy days for buyers at this price.
He is probably doing that right now, gathering what he can up to 0.5
'Why sell now ahead of TO13 flow test?'
do you not get it? sell now and buy back at half price. simple!
Exactly, if he had sense he would take it now and re buy in the market. Someone coming in for 99m would send the sp back up to the placing price at least.
In my estimation I think we should hear something by the end of April. I think it will be poor if the bod do not get something out for us in the way of an update by then.
On 20th December when the board changes were made the bod said ""In due course, the new Board will update shareholders regarding the implementation of a new strategy that will focus solely around developing the Disko magmatic massive sulphide project in Greenland."
When can we expect this? it is almost 4 months now.
On Feb 12th they said "Strategic Focus on Critical Work Programmes" Amidst these cost reduction measures, Bluejay is focussed on its commitment to deliver critical work programmes at the Disko Nuussuaq project, where it has an ongoing joint venture with KoBold Metals.
Eric Sondergaard, Managing Director of Bluejay Mining, commented: "These strategic initiatives underscore our commitment to bolstering financial sustainability, achieving operational excellence, and maintaining a sharp strategic focus. The success of our recent funding round, along with the rapid implementation of our cost reduction measures, positions us well for sustained success.
As we progress, our primary aim is to deliver on our critical work programmes, creating substantial and enduring value for our shareholders."
Again, nothing since. When can we expect a full update on the plan moving forward?
I am sure someone on here mentioned it a few days ago. Looks like it is going to get its turn for a run. Anyone remember who it was please? #JAY
RachT, each to their own. Maybe he will recover that, who knows. I think from here an easy ride to 3p-4p will be achieved with a good run of news. That is all I am bothered about.
RachT, Surely you dont rely on ANYONE on a chat board to make your sound investment decisions?
Well, maybe you do as you are very new to these boards with only 8 posts since joining?
