A lot of the trades look like sells ? Admittedly I haven’t run through all of them but looks like a ii offloading a chunk. Worth remembering that everyone has a reason to sell and those factors aren’t always tied to a shares prospects

Would there be a shortage of nebulisers if a firm placed an order for a country sized amount of product that had previously not been factored in to said nebuliser manufacturer’s production schedule?
Due diligence would have you having a conversation about ability to supply an unforeseen sudden increase in demand. Hopefully it would result in a very positive conversation. But it will not have been left to chance.

Not strictly true, if any part of a supply chain can’t deliver than you can’t scale your offer , it doesn’t matter if your company makes it or not

I know we want everything to be soon but if you look at any business you have been involved with and how long it took to make a decision on even simple things. Then look at the sheer scale of decisions that SNG are dealing with and the different parties involved—— was never going to take 2weeks . Even a month is pushing it . I only say this perhaps to give a little reality to myself, we are expecting miracle timescales that you just don’t see in most businesses.

In business companies expect fair market value for a product, the age of the seller is irrelevant. People are inventing stories to suit a price on this board.You couldn’t pay an old person less wages because they are old why do you think they will except less for the company. That’s not how business people work. The share price is also a result of the value of a product/s . It worries me that some people think they will do alright if they make a few percent on this.
Venrock won’t be in this for 40% they will be looking for decimal point returns.
The product is going to be worth a fortune . This is not a normal deal . My only worry is the deal gets walked down the road because of politics. It stinks that this didn’t get the air time it deserves in the UK . The results are fantastic, the government should be all over this and it doesn’t look like they are.

There has not been an RNS on recruitment complete for the home trial. Until that comes they do not have enough of an agreed data set to analysis the results.

This is quite a big move on relatively low volume so I am not sure this the big move . Maybe just a moving up a notch on the fomo scale

BigBangs why would they need to list on an American exchange?
They are listed on a UK exchange already .
If they get brought out or partnered and it needs to be American then isn’t that what the partner brings .
I’m not disagreeing but it’s the first time the subject of listing on another exchange has been talked on a bulletin board . what would it give them that they don’t have already

Yes , it would seem peer review is for kudos peer In your chosen specialty but if it’s speed your looking for I would anticipate you go straight to the regulator with the detailed application. The regulator being fully aware of the need to get Covid drugs over the line fast but safe .

Not sure how you can make one faster other than the peer being somehow more than Casually interested in the outcome.

How do the peer reviewers get chosen? What’s the process? Do they get paid etc or is it voluntary on top of normal medical duties. Only asking as the term is getting used a lot but I don’t have a understanding of the actual process?
