Why all the panic last night and extreme gloating from one individual?

Even the most rudimentary research should have put everyone at ease.

FTSE Russell index removal. FTSE Russell runs a family of indices (like the FTSE 100, FTSE AIM All-Share, etc.) that track the performance of selected companies. If a company is removed from one of these indices, it means it no longer meets the index’s inclusion criteria — for example, market cap, liquidity, or sector classification. The company’s shares can still trade on their exchange; they’re just no longer part of that benchmark.

AIM exchange removal. AIM (Alternative Investment Market) is an actual market within the London Stock Exchange, designed for smaller or growth-stage companies. If a company is removed (delisted) from AIM, its shares stop trading there altogether. This could be voluntary (moving to the Main Market) or involuntary (failing to meet AIM’s listing rules).

Key takeaway: Index removal is about representation in a performance-tracking list, while exchange removal is about where the shares are traded. The way I read this latest RNS all ordinary shares are converted into voting shares.

I wonder if this will throw a spanner in the works?

A few days ago I saw the AGM posted on a website as Tues. 31 Dec. '24.

But I havn't seen it confirmed anywhere else. Guess that's likely to change now.

I sold at 0.45p for a 30% loss awhile ago when the board quit. Recently I've restarted a small position at 0.2p just for speculation. I certainly won't be adding until I see positives on the balence sheet no matter how positive the RNS's are.

I find it very telling that Canaccord resigned the day before the date of the first placement,

and also if there was fwd selling of shares (that ppl on here insisted there was) then that would be one of the highest infringments of the MM's rulebook wouldn't it? The selling of non existant shares.
